Eligibility Criteria

Aspirants seeking admission to 5 years Full-time B.B.A.L.L.B Program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.

Academic Requirement:

A candidate passing the H. S. C. (10+2) examination conducted by the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, with minimum 45% marks or any other examination recognised as equivalent thereto by the Savitribai Phule Pune University with the minimum prescribed marks is eligible for admission to the First Year of Five Year Law Course. The above percentage of marks shall be relaxed by 5 % for candidates belonging to the SC, ST categories recognized as such by the Government of Maharashtra. Important: – The applicants who have obtained 10+2 or graduation / post-graduation through open universities system directly without having any basic qualification for prosecuting such studies are not eligible for admission in the law courses.

Admission is done through CET Exam.
