The job prospects after completing M.Tech are as follows Research work in India: If you are good at M.Tech, you can go for Ph.D. and then you can join any research center or teach in any reputed engineering college. Ph.D. from Abroad : Most students choose this option as they get recommendations from professors and are of great worth abroad. Teaching within India : Once you have completed M.Tech. you can even join any college as an Assistant Professor.
