Eligibility for PGD in Tea Management
For applying to the course, aspiring candidates need to have a Bachelor’s degree (10+2+3 pattern) in any discipline from a recognized/ accredited institute, with a minimum aggregate score of 45% (5% relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC candidates)
Students who have appeared in their final year examination of a relevant Bachelor’s degree program, and are yet to pass its final year examination, are also welcome to apply, subject to a successful completion of their Bachelor’s degree program/ graduation within a certain time period.
Admission to the course is based either on performance in a relevant entrance test and the following round of interview, or in most cases, direct admission is offered too.
PGD in Tea Management: Admission Process
Admission to the course is based on the candidate’s performance in the entrance test followed by rounds of group discussion and interview.
Written Test - Most institutes conduct their own written tests between November and January. The written test, inter alia, includes the following:
