VSAT 2023 Admit Card will be sent to every candidate through post and also admit cards are available on official website. Admit card will contain all the important details regarding VSAT 2023 exam such as center name, address and date.

VSAT 2023 will be held in three slots, starting from March 1 to April 30, 2023. Candidates without the admit card will not be given entry inside the exam hall. Candidates will also need to carry at least one Photo ID proof along with them.

Vignan University Scholastic Aptitude Test (VSAT) is an entrance test conducted by Vignan University, Andhra Pradesh. Through this test, the University grants admission to candidates in B.Tech course offered by it under various streams.

VSAT 2023 Admit Card will be sent by post to the address of every candidate. Admit cards will reach candidate’s address at least one week before the examination.

Admit Card will also be made available at the official website. In case candidate has not received the admit card by post, candidate can download it from the website. Those who have received by post can also download from the website.

Candidate can follow following steps for downloading the admit card for VSAT Exam:

  • Candidates first need to reach this link – www.vignanuniversity.org
  • Since this is a direct link, candidates do not need to browse further.
  • Candidate will now need to enter his/her application number or the hall ticket number (in case he/she knows it).
  • Now Click on – ‘Submit.’
  • Admit Card will appear on the screen.
  • Candidates are advised to take at least two colored copies of Admit card, for examination purpose as well as for future reference.

Details on VSAT 2023 Admit Card

VSAT 2023 Admit Card will have all the important details for the examination. Precisely, the admit card will contain the following details:

  • Personal details of candidate (Name, Father’s name, Date of Birth, Address, Contact Details and category etc.)
  • VSAT 2023 Registration Number of candidate
  • Hall Ticket Number or Roll Number of Candidate for VSAT 2023

Although the chances of any error or discrepancy in the admit card are very less, but still if there happens to be a case where the admit card received by candidate contains any wrong information or has any error, candidates can immediately contact the Director of Admissions of Vignan University.

Vignan University does not hold any kind of responsibility of providing admit card to those candidates which have filled their Application Form incorrectly.

In case a candidate does not receive his/her admit card, following steps can be taken:

  • If admit card has not been received 7 days prior to VSAT 2023, candidates can report it to Dean Admissions of Vignan University.
  • In case candidate still does not get the admit card, he/she can meet any University representative any day before the examination, along with photocopy of application form, demand draft and two attested passport sized pictures which were used in application form. University representative will then arrange an Admit Card for such candidates.

Required Documents for VSAT

To be eligible to enter the examination hall, candidates must not forget to carry at least one Photo ID Proof, in original, along with the admit card. This ID proof will have to be produced in front of examining authorities for verification.

Candidates may also carry colored passport sized photos along with them, just to avoid any hustle.

VSAT Exam Day Instructions

Exam Day Instructions

Candidates must follow the following set of instructions in order to avoid ineligibility for VSAT 2023 in the final moments before the start of exam:

  • Candidates must not forget to carry the Admit Card. No students will be given entry without a valid Admit card.
  • Candidates must not forget to carry one valid Photo ID proof along with the Admit Card, as mentioned above.
  • Candidates must not tamper or alter any information on Admit Card. Admit Cards edited without authorization will not be accepted.
  • Candidates must report to the examination center at least 30 minutes before the examination time.
  • A live demonstration of online examination module will be arranged for candidates. Candidates are advised to view it carefully, so as to avoid any problem at the time of examination.
  • Candidates need not carry any pen/pencil/paper along with them in the examination center. All necessities will be provided inside.
  • Calculators, Log tables, Mobile Phones, Wrist Watches and Slide ruler are not allowed inside the examination hall.
  • Candidates, under any circumstances, must not indulge in any kind of usage of unfair means.
