- Putrajaya Campus:It is spread over 483 acres of land near Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) and Federal Administration Centre Putrajaya. The campus is home to Engineering, Computing & Informatics, Energy Economics & Social Sciences and Graduate Studies faculties.
- Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Campus:It is the branch campus of UNITEN in a small city of Malaysia that is free from air pollution. At this campus, several 7,600 students have graduated since 2001.
