Students' expectations for their academic performance must be met in a variety of ways, including the cultivation of an imaginative learning environment and the demonstration of the ideals of teamwork and togetherness.

Being Punctual & RespectfulStudents can help keep the classroom free from disruptions and disciplinary actions by treating one another with respect. They're also expected to arrive on time. Students who are chronically tardy suffer not only socially, but also academically. Therefore, it is crucial that they learn to control their time effectively and keep order in the classroom.

How does the curriculum of Alard College of Engineering & Management ensure that the students are being prepared for the future?

"Our College focuses on developing creativity and innovative thinking for the student to make them future ready"

Teachers need to give serious thought to the optimal sequence for mastering curriculum objectives before launching into implementation. Successful education programs equip students with the information and abilities essential for thriving in the modern world. An excellent curriculum also lays out a plan for pupils to follow as they progress through the program. Creating a cohesive whole out of the little things you teach each day is why curriculum preparation is so crucial. It serves as a roadmap, detailing the desired results of the learning process and the steps to take to get there.

How do you try to bring in a practical approach towards subjects and make it industry oriented?

In practical learning, students gain knowledge via independent observation and practice. For some children, it can be a new experience, distinct from reading and listening. It's a great way to gain practical knowledge by participating in the exercises. You can learn to trust in yourself and your abilities.

Several students in today's society are unsure of their professional paths because they lack real-world experience and rely too heavily on classroom instruction. The value of hands-on experience should not be underestimated. Freedom in learning with authentic contexts is essential for students. In order for them to take in the data, process it, and draw conclusions.

The classroom and the real world need to become inseparable. Having solid practical experience is essential for academic success. They can benefit theoretically and academically from gaining practical experience. They will always remember the knowledge and abilities they gained in school. With these abilities, they'll be able to pursue whatever profession they like and succeed at it.

What are the interventions and approaches you bring in apart from curriculum to train/teach the students?

Intervention, You will hear this term repeatedly throughout the day if you work in a university. Interventions in education are now standard practice in the K-12 and higher education sectors, allowing instructors and aides to close learning gaps when they emerge. As soon as a problem is recognized, appropriate interventions can be implemented to help the youngster learn more effectively.

A departure from conventional methods of instruction, the concentrated classroom session. The college setting allows for both individual and group interventions. The program's goals will have been developed by a teacher or a teaching assistant with a keen eye toward meeting a critical area of need. Inference in microcontrollers and the communication process, for instance. Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) frequently benefit from supplemental interventions in addition to Quality First Teaching.

Many of the problems kids have in school are linked to one another. A child may be demonstrating worrying behavior and falling behind intellectually; therefore, each intervention must target the unique requirements of the child in question.

So, certain interventions are tailored to fix a specific problem. Some of these interventions will be more rigidly supervised in order to keep tabs on the child's development, while others will be more malleable in order to meet the student's evolving needs.

Certain interventions may be time-consuming and expensive. Interventions need to be structured strategically if they are to have any observable effect.

What are some of the biggest challenges you see, both for higher education in general and for Alard College of Engineering & Management specifically?

Certain big challenges in the areas of sustainability, health, vulnerability, and quality of life await engineering answers. Engineers around the world will work to find practical solutions to these enormous problems.

Using tools like machines, systems, materials, and processes, engineers attempt to find practical solutions to societal issues. Although there are several subfields within engineering, they all have one thing in common: they all have an impact on society.

The current pandemic of coronavirus is one of our greatest difficulties. We are moving from traditional classrooms to online learning, which has been both a challenge and a fascinating opportunity. We have reworked our course offerings to include discussions on this topic, and we even had a special introductory program called Teams Class, Classroom, with talks by experts in the field before the start of the semester.

Any suggestions you would like to give to the current youth and the aspiring students?

Encourage kindness and cooperation amongst others. Don't give up; if you're as smart and patient as you can be, there's no way you won't succeed. You have more luck on your side than you give yourself credit for, so believe in yourself and good things will come your way.

As far as students are concerned, the most crucial skill is the capacity to mentally shift into "survival of the fittest" mode. They need to quickly adapt, reskill rather than learn new abilities, and overcome challenges. Students, given current patterns, need to adapt quickly to the changes imposed by COlVID or other future shock events.
