What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

“To work with the young minds and help them achieve success makes me happy”

I have been in the Corporate sector, and the education sector both but the education sector always attracts me. I always tend to learn and teach. Teaching gives me satisfaction, and I believe it is the best way of learning.

In your experience, what can an inbound student gain from studying here in your institute/ university/ school?

“Our primary focus is to produce quality students”

Our emphasis is to produce qualified students. For that, we have an approach of learning by doing. We keep them up to date with all the nearby industries. We are surrounded by industries like Aditya Birla Group, Bhushan Steel, Vedanta and many more. We arrange several industrial visits to make our students aware of practical implementation and modern technologies.

Any insights into how your university could be more welcoming to students of different races or economic backgrounds?

“There are multiple provisions for the students”

We welcome the students from all the categories, class and races. Students from various states are studying here. For the students from a poor economic background, we provide scholarships to support them all around.

What do you think your roles and responsibilities to the University and the students are?

“A smooth functioning of every vertical is necessary”

I ensure that functionality of every segment is carried out smoothly and efficiently. It involves regular improvisation and new implementation strategies. For the students I am always committed to make sure that they are getting the best what they need and deserve.

How do you tend to establish a healthy relation and environment in your institute/ university?

“We ensure to address grievances of the students”

This year we are going to start the new session with a week-long induction programme which includes familiarisation with the faculties, people, departments, and many more. The activities will make them pretty comfortable with the environment before starting their study. Apart from that, we have a proctorial system to solve the issues of students and evaluate their performance on one to one basis.
