For the purpose of preparing our students to face this competitive world with more confidence and courage, I always try my best to offer them research and outcome oriented education. We also organize a few activities like fresher’s meet with simple introduction and ice breaking tasks, bring our Alumni and students on the same platform via connect sessions to tell our students about how they have reached the place they are at currently. In addition to this, we instill ethical values in them through small fun tasks, encourage them to participate in college academic and co-curricular activities, national level competitions and integrate social science research projects in the curriculum, organize capacity building programmes, periodical Teachers-Parents meet to discuss the scholastic and non scholastic achievements of their child's, seminars, conferences, guest lectures, competitive classes, preparatory sessions and refresher courses for slow learners to keep their knowledge updated in line with today's market demands and also assign them various mini-major projects throughout the year. Last but not the least, we address their queries on an individual basis, ask them to be participative in classrooms, Internship and placements for students and also to equip them for the same.

What is the significance difference between your time of education and today's?

"Everything from syllabus to teaching practices and institutions infra has been updated as per industry standards"

There are actually a lot of differences, if I compare my education journey with today’s education system. In our time, education was restricted to books and marks only, and there were very few institutions who were offering higher education. But nowadays the higher education system in India is undergoing rapid expansion in terms of the number of universities, curriculum development, teaching pedagogies, research opportunities and enrollment of students. Digital India has strengthened the infrastructure of the country and has also given a new shape to the organizations for proper functioning. In addition to this, Indian Universities have made both academic as well as non-academic work paperless.

Any feedback which you would like to share with the new generation coming forward?

"Choose institute carefully to pursue your dreams and make sure to contribute in nation building"

As we all know, India is an embedded country with such vigour and value manpower, which is ultimately the greatest strength of us. But simultaneously it makes us alarmed about education and employability opportunities. Hence, I would like to suggest the youths of our country to join such academic institutions or universities in which more emphasis is being given on the practical exposure and experiments, not only on the degree itself. Start learning by listening, seeing and then by doing. Whole world is looking towards the new emerging India, so contribute to your country's growth in the best possible way you can.
