What are your roles and responsibilities towards the students in Nirmala College, Rachi?
“To support students to become responsible citizens in society”
My primary duty is to share my knowledge with students. It assists them to achieve their goals in future. We teach pupils to become responsible citizens and train them to get a good job. I always support them as a guardian and friend.
What are the challenges you face to uplifting the quality of students' education?
“Students focus on marks rather than attaining desired skills”
The concept of students in the modern world is changing. One of the challenges is that most pupils focus on marks instead of obtaining relevant skills. It is essential to change this mindset and choose to achieve skills rather than marks. They need practical skills to survive in the modern world. The skill development and practical knowledge are vital for them.
How do you help students to cope with outside competition?
“Assist to attain skill development for students to receive good jobs”
A strict competition exists in the career of management. Each student should improve their skills to face competitions. It improves by analyzing the strength and weaknesses of pupils. The talent of each one is different. Sustaining a job is the hardest task for pupils and it will be given to them by us through training.
