“The ability to facilitate life-changing education and knowledge motivates me”

Being a part of the education sector, allows me to have the freedom of choice and progressiveness in thoughts. As a Mass media propagator and a tutor, I have the privilege to research and interact with several professionals frequently. It has given me the power to visualize, explore and educate for the growth within and outside society.

What is your philosophy of leadership?

“To build an intellectual environment leading to every stakeholder’s personality growth”

I believe in an intellectually stimulated process that enables a skill-based teaching-learning method. Essentially, the Intellectual-Benevolent style of leadership is exhibited through a blend of competitive responsibility and organized entrustment at work. However, I confide in lifting spirits and comply with the systemic requirements. From Department responsibilities to the teaching ambiences, I maintain an interactive instructional delivery method consistently.

How does the curriculum of SIES ASC ensure the best practice of industry?

“By encouraging inquiry-based learning in this virtual driven economy with social values”

Hoarding knowledge is a new norm at SIES as we turned Autonomous in 2018. The Curriculum ensures building expertise in media and market readiness. It is specifically relevant, inter-disciplinary and gives extensive hands-on training. The UG program offers a course on the application of topics such as brand communication, media management, and public relations. The syllabus maintains a fair balance between the theoretical inputs and market applications. The courses in Advertising, Journalism and Multimedia foster a spirit of understanding and knowledge. We also encourage simulations, case studies and strategic internships to create corporate occupational interests.
