Bhabatosh Bej: “The GD was conducted on an Online medium. There were basically 8 members in one group. Although the topic that was given to us was an argumentative topic so each one of us got an equal opportunity to speak. The tone of the group discussion was tend to be aggressive one yet everyone maintained the decorum in the discussion forum.”

Describe the general setting of your personal Interview.

Bhabatosh Bej: “The panel members comprised 3 people (Marketing Professor, Dean, Finance professor). As the mode of conducting the interview was online. So it went for 15 mins. It wasn't stress-based but it was more of an introductory one and normal q & a. I would say that the only way to deal with an interview is to "Stay Real" & "Keep Acquiring right amount of skillset.”

Bhabatosh Bej: "Ques. Tell me About Yourself?

Ans. I am Bhabatosh Bej, I am from Rourkela which is known to be the Industrial Capital of Orissa. I have completed my Bachelors from Rourkela Institute of Management Studies. I am more of a proactive person who has a vivid interest in traveling, reading & exploring new cultures. Moreover, I am passionate about dance and sports.

Ques. Why did you choose Birla Global University?

Ans. Not to lie, Birla is known for its legacy and what I have gained insight from the seniors studying at Birla Global University was that they have found it as an eco-friendly environment to learn. The faculties are cooperative and there is a great scope for us not only in the field of academics but also in sports and cultural programs. I chose this college as I really want to acquire the right kind of skills to become a successful manager in the future. Not only that, when students from outside are willing to come to Odisha to study, then why go outside of my state to learn rather I would study in my own state and learn the right ethics.

Ques. What changes would you bring in if you get admission here?

Ans. Being a Dancer and a sportsperson, I would like to add my essence in the co-curricular activities of the colleges. If given a chance I would surely like to prove myself in my area of interest and represent Birla Global University in state-level competitions. I would also like to take part in the CSR activities of the college.

Ans. I am confident, adaptable to a bilingual environment, I’ve always preferred to work in groups and find that my collaborative nature is one of my strongest attributes, I’m an empathetic person who is skilled at relating to people and understanding their needs, I am dedicated and versatile in my work style.

Ques. What subject do you want to take as a major and Why are you interested in pursuing your major in that subject?

Ans. I really wanted to take marketing as my major because while I was doing my internship in my BBA in Outlook India. It gave me a vivid knowledge regarding the way the company works while formulating its marketing activities and other strategies that are taken in a marketing campaign. It gave me a proper insight to gain my further knowledge in MBA and learn properly the principles of management and marketing and implement them in my real-life experience. "

Known from my seniors it was the best place for an aspirant like me to gain knowledge and grow in a challenging environment.
