BGU Bhubaneswar Admissions

BGU Bhubaneswar invites applications for BBA, BAJMC, MBA, M.Com, Ph.D., etc. The applicants seeking admission for any of the courses must register themselves. The mode of the application and registration is online and offline as well. Below is given the steps to apply via online mode:

Step 1: Visit the official website of the University and navigate yourself towards the Admission tab

Step 2: Click on ‘Apply Now’ and scroll down the page, select your desired course from the concerned schools

Step 3: Candidate will be directed with the registration page. Enter your personal credentials like Email id, Phone Number, and Password.

Step 4: Successfully registered candidates will receive a link for an application procedure on their given contact details, open the link and application form will appear.

Step 5: Fill in the form duly and upload the required scanned copies such as Coloured Photograph and Signature

Step 6: Submit the form and make an online payment of application fee via Debit/ Credit Card or Net Banking.

Note: Candidates who successfully submitted their application will receive an Online Application Number, form and fee receipt. Download such copies for future requirements

BGU Bhubaneswar Scholarships

BGU Scholarships are given to students who have performed well in their academics. Scholarships are given if the student:

  • Have secured more than 60% or equivalent CGPA in 10th, 12th and Graduation 
  • Have secured a minimum of 60 percentile in CAT/ XAT/ GMAT/ MAT Entrance Exam conducted by BGU.

Note:​ Scholarship amount can vary from a 10-15% waiver in tuition fee.

Ques. How BBA LLB is different from BA LLB?

Ans. BBA LLB and BA LLB, both the programs are closely related but the syllabus focuses on different career opportunities associated with the topics. BBA LLB focuses on corporate and business law and consists of management and business subjects and law. Whereas, BA LLAB focuses on advocacy, legal consultancy, and practical assemblies including court appearance.

Ques. How much does an MBA Finance cost at BGU Bhubaneswar?

Ans. BGU Bhubaneswar provides MBA in five specializations such as Finance, Human Resource, Marketing, Operations Management, Banking, and Insurance & Financial Services. It costs the same fee for all the specializations that is INR 8,80,000. Students admitted into the course can pay the fee in two or four installments.

Ques. Does a Ph.D. aspirant need to submit the proposal along with the application form?

Ans. Yes, it is a compulsory part of the application form. A candidate seeking admission in any Ph.D. specialization must mention his desired topic and research area.
