Before joining Amruta College, he worked as a secretary for b.ed colleges since 5 years and has published Pedagogic Subject – Languages, Gender School Society.

I truly believe that good education is very necessary to live a good life and make this society a better place for others. Also being in the education sector helps me to stay updated with the latest industry and academic trends and I feel happy when I share my knowledge and experience with the young minds of our country, because ultimately they are going to be our future and pillars for our nation's growth. Hence these things keep me connected with the education sector. 

Being the Principal of Amrutha College, how do you strategize the key programs for the marketing and administration of your college?

"Our Alumni and students helps us a lot in this respect"

The quality of education which we offer and the performance and 100% students results in exams are the pride of Amrutha College. The fame of this institution is due to our students because they are the only people who know us better than anyone and can help us to expand our reach among our future students. In short, students who are learning and have learned give their opinions about college education and this helps us to connect with more and more people from the industrial and educational world.

How does the curriculum of your college ensure the best practices of industry?

"The curriculum is purely practical based and backed by activities like field visits, training and internships"

The curriculum of B. Ed. course is practical oriented. We organise field activities and visits for our students on a regular basis to make them capable enough so that they can face modern technological challenges by themselves.

How is your college more welcoming to students of different races or economic backgrounds?

"Any kind of inequality is strictly prohibited in our college campus and financial assistance is available for students"

Our college provides scholarships to eligible students and financial assistance to the needy ones. And we promote the culture of equality in our institute, and to enhance interaction between students and make them familiar with each other's culture, we include them in different kinds of interaction sessions and meet-ups.

Our college does have an efficient governing body, highly educated and experienced faculty and talented students. And the generous support of each of these helps us to fulfill our goals for the institute and students, hence we consider them as the most important pillars of our strength and resilience. 

What are some of the biggest challenges you see for higher education in general?

"Lack of creativity and financial issues are definitely becoming a hurdle in the field of higher education" 

In my opinion, as far as higher education is concerned, we do have a couple of challenges in front of us such as changing the education system, student preferences, lack of creativity in students and lastly financial constraints etc. And these issues can be tackled only with the collaboration of institutions and government.

Any suggestions which you would like to give to the current youth and aspiring students?

"Live your life freely, keep upgrading yourself and keep a good understanding of your own strengths"

I would like to advise my students to understand themselves first, analyze your strengths and interests and work hard to convert those weaknesses into your strong points. Keep learning and keep upgrading your skills, expand your network with good minds around you and live life to the fullest.

Our students are working as Teachers in different sectors and places and this helps us to avail new opportunities from them be it related to latest market trends, industry expectations from us, students training and internship. 

How are the admission statistics of your college?

"We have given admission to many students and statistics wise, admission graph is going good"

We have granted admission to quite a decent number of students and according to the NCTE rules one batch has been admitted and we are expecting our next batch very soon.

Which extra-curricular activities are organized in college to enhance the skills of students?

"Drama acts, yoga sessions and craft activities are some of the things we arrange for students on regular basis"

Our college believes that cocurricular activities are equally important as giving the best theoretical and practical knowledge to students. These activities not only help to enhance students' existing skills but also teach them new things and skills like teamwork, leadership and other things. And we conduct events like drama, yoga sessions, art and craft activities and wall magazines etc. on a regular basis.

How do you guide your students to survive in such a competitive world?

"By teaching them in such a way that can develop problem solving skills in them"

We teach the problem solving approach to our students to make them mentally strong so that they can compete with confidence in the outside world, be it for competitive exams, training or upgrading their knowledge and nothing could stop them from achieving their dreams.
