What are the key factors that keep you connected with the education sector?

“Constant learning and having to upskill for the current trends”

Teaching and Research are my passions. Since finishing my Ph.D., I’ve been associated with the education sector. As an educator, I don’t just teach students, I also have to keep upskilling myself and learn the current trends.

What is your philosophy of leadership? How would you describe your leadership style?

"An educational leadership philosophy must have a vision"

I think everyone should participate in the process. I intend to share responsibility with my team. I respect my team, listen to their ideas and inspire them when needed.

How do you strategize about the key programs and plans for the marketing and administration of your school?

"Digital Education is the most important aspect of education nowadays"

Well, in the education field there is only one strategy and that is providing the best knowledge and facilities to your students. Also in this pandemic situation and digital education, as a professor, it's really important to know and understand your students in order to make any plan to work.

We try our best to make sure that our laboratories are more equipped so that students can learn every new technology and become industry managers and leaders with the best knowledge and skill.

We always try to provide a familiar and supporting environment to each and every student. Also, we have scholarship programmes for economically weaker students. So each and every student is most welcomed.
