Which is better: Delhi University or Panjab University?

If you consider the campus, then obviously Panjab University is ahead of Delhi University. When we talk about studying in an affiliated college, which is better is decided upon the choice of college and stream.

• Panjab University left behind IIT in terms of research and the number of citations every year. 
• It has also been recognized as the “University with potential for excellence in biomedical sciences”. 
• The university has also actively participated in the project called International collaboration for research for elementary particles and the large hadron collider, Geneva CMS experiment with the government of India with a grant of Rs.2.49 crores. 
• There is a one-year mandatory research project for Master of science and art courses. 
• Students also have the discretion of doing minor and major research projects in their first and second year of Masters respectively. These projects provide hands-on experience in the research field. 
• The college has one of the best libraries, a 24-hour open reading room, and a very beautiful campus.

For instance, MCM DAV college and GCG, Chandigarh – both are top colleges under Punjab University just like Lady Harding and Miranda House under Delhi University. Yet, Punjab University is above par Delhi University in both cases.
