You will be given quality education at a cost of INR 12,000-INR 50,000 only. Each college offers state-of-the-art facilities including Wi-fi, libraries, hostels, and many more. The minimum required attendance is only 60% or 75% at maximum at various DU colleges. You can easily choose to take up a part-time job and gain work experience. DU has the best faculty members having good experience in their respective areas. Each college has its cultural societies and joining them will offer you great exposure. The placement opportunities at DU are good due to the location. You will be given numerous opportunities with packages ranging from 3-12 LPA. The cut-off depends on your choice of course and college. It varies every year and it can be as high as 99% and as low as 40%. To give you a rough idea of DU Cut off, you require at least 94% marks for admission to science subjects. For commerce stream courses like B.Com, you must have scored 94% in the top 4 subjects including a language. On the other hand, the cut-off for Humanities subjects must be between 90-92%. If you are interested in doing Hindi (Hons) or Sanskrit (Hons), the cut-off is very low for these programs. You can easily get a seat at St.Stephens with 66% marks in Sanskrit (Hons). You should not choose this as your 2nd option because the course is very hectic and requires a lot of concentration and interest.  English Hons is often misunderstood only with British Literature which is not true.
