Among the mentioned two colleges, Shaheed Bhagat Singh College (SBSC) will be a better choice for B.Com (Hons.).

It is well known for its commerce courses.
It is considered the best commerce college of Delhi University.
B.Com is really good here with proper academics and placement records.
