IMS Noida has been providing education in various fields, including BCA for over two decades. However, recent reviews of the college suggest that there are some concerns that need to be addressed before you decide to enroll.

One of the main concerns that has been raised is the poor infrastructure of the college. Many students have reported that the facilities provided by the college are not up to the mark. Moreover, the high fees charged by the college are not justified by the facilities and quality of education provided. Therefore, if you are looking for a college with state-of-the-art facilities, IMS Noida might not be the right choice for you.

You may also consider alternative options like Amity University or Christ University, which are known for their quality of education and have a good reputation in the industry. Additionally, you may also consider online courses or other alternatives to traditional college education, depending on your career goals and preferences.

My brother's friend completed his BCA from IGNOU. Recounting his experience, he told me that it was very difficult to adapt to the self-learning environment. He failed consecutively in all three semesters in the beginning. He was on the verge of giving up.

He realized that the study material provided by IGNOU is actually designed for self-study. He made notes, researched and practised a lot and he was able to complete both BCA and MCA. He said that it was self-study that helped me achieve my goal. 

If you want to get good marks in IGNOU you have to focus on your self-study sessions more than anything.

My cousin attended both colleges. He left BIT Mesra to join JECRC. Here is his insight for the institutes.

Comparison:

• BIT Mesra has better faculties, better brand name, better opportunities in terms of placements as well as higher studies. But unfortunately, the campus is not that good. There is a lack of cooperation from the university and less crowd.
• In JECRC, you will get a good college experience. After all, all that matters, in the end, is your skills.
• If you don’t have any interest in socializing and want a life with a brand name to carry forward, BIT Jaipur is definitely the better alternative.

For CSE particularly, the preference order should be BIT Jaipur >> JECRC.

Institute of Engineering and Management (IEM) is better than the Heritage Institute of Technology. There are various reasons for saying the same.

• Faculty: They are really very supportive, cooperative, and understanding. They will explain the concepts really well.
• Placements: It is an old institute and has a very good name going for it. Thus placements are obviously better than Heritage Institute of Technology.
• Discipline: This factor may not be to everyone’s liking such as wearing uniforms, going to morning assembly, and attending classes regularly. But this definitely makes you disciplined in your life. This makes this college unique and distinct.
• Location – It is located in Salt Lake Electronics City in Kolkata which is home to companies such as PwC, Cognizant, L&T Infotech, IBM, etc. which makes it easier for getting internships. 

There are various activities taking place on the campus and you can be a part of some or another activity. If you join this college, you will enjoy your stay here and walk out with pride and satisfaction.
