Remarks :

You need to have more than 60 percent in your class 12 and a good percentile in the MHT CET entrance exam to get admission to this college. You can avail of the govt scholarships which are provided to the backward classes.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Terna Engineering College is one of the best engineering colleges in Navi Mumbai which is my reason for choosing this college. Also, it has a decent campus that includes different branches. Also, the placements offered by this college are excellent. The teachers are also highly qualified with most of them holding a Ph.D.

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 147000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

The college has a strong training and placement cell. It offers its students various internship offers. Internships start from the 5 semesters onwards. Many students from our colleges have done their internships at top companies like Microsoft.

Placement Experience :

From the 7th semester onwards students are eligible to apply for campus placements. Various companies visit our college during the placements season which includes Capgemini Accenture TCS Wipro Infosys Microsoft. In the year the highest package offered to a student was 20 Lpa by wise tech. And second, the highest pkg offered to a student was 13.5 Lpa by Microsoft India. Every year nearly 70 percent of students get placed with an average pkg of 4.5 LPA.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The government scholarship policy is applicable to students taking admission here. Like caste-wise Ani merit-wise scholarships are provided to students with low annual income. Caste-wise scholarships are provided to students who belong to SC, ST, and Obc.

Campus Life :

The annual cultural fest here is called RESONANCE. And the tech fest is called the AVALON. THESE are conducted in the month of March and April. The library is very huge containing all types of books needed for research and reference purposes. We also have a digital library where you can use laptops for your convenience. Each classroom is equipped with a whiteboard and a projector.

Study, Enjoyment, Achivement: Successful College Life

Course Curriculum Overview:

The professor is highly knowledgeable they are very supportive if we find any difficulty from any problem then they help a lot with it. Exams are in every month and final semester exams are there If we study hard then exams are not tough. Negative point is that sometimes faculty say anything bad so it gets irritated.

Placement Experience:

Campus placements start in the pre-final semester and are completed before the beginning of the final semester. Everyone is placed somewhere or the other, might or might not receive their dream offer or company, but generally, everyone is able to convert a decent firm's decent offer. BCG, Google, Microsoft, Bain, Mckinsey, Cohesity, Blackrock, Kearney, and Strategy& are a few of the companies that visit regularly. Highest package runs in crores (?4cr/year) for international locations - Hongkong or the US. The highest within India is also close to ?2.5cr, the average package is ~?25LPA. Greater than 95% of students get decent placements. I'll be exploring jobs after the degree, and might go for higher education as well sometime after experiencing a few years.

Good college for someone looking in mumbai

Course Curriculum Overview:

The best thing about this college is its teachers. they are helpful in academics. I choose computer engineering because it's going to run for a long time and also have an interest in languages so I prefer it. the student ratio would be around 60/40 boys /girls. there are smartboards present for teaching and also many labs where students can go and sit there is no restriction which is one of the good points. for exams, there are mid and end sem per year and in between them there are in total of 4 unit tests conducted.
