Remarks :

All the readers, first of all, let me tell you this college is another world where you learn not only academics but the exposure you get living this college life to various people coming here from different countries and different states. So, I applied for Fergusson College through an online application. After that merit lists surfaced online. You have to stay updated on the official website.

Course Curriculum Overview :

You will get the most talented and visionary teachers here at Fergusson College. You need to have some level to get into this prestigious college to teach. So the faculty is so helpful throughout life wherever you go they will be in contact.

Class Size : 126Course Fees : INR 11000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

For my course, it was 11000 for the first year for the general category. There are various scholarships also. For the second year, it was near 8K. This is the most affordable course amount in today's scenario.

Campus Life :

Every year we have an annual fest in January starting from the 2nd day. There are various activities like Saree Tie day, Traditional Day, and many more departmental fests where you represent your department. Books are available in the library and further notes can be purchased from the counter near Library. Amenities in classrooms are basically projectors which is one of the latest modes of education.

UPG from a student's eye

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was interested in IT technology which is why I pursued this course. The faculty here is really good and it is very easy to connect to teachers for better understanding. We have smartboards installed in each class which is of great help because the teacher can easily browse anything online and show it to us so that it becomes easier to understand. Internal exams occur mostly one and a half months after the semester starts and the duration of one semester is approx 3.5 months.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The teachers in our department are really good. They treat us as our own children and teach every topic with next-level enthusiasm. A lot of research facilities are also provided by the college and our department. They take exams in the sem system every time.
