Remarks :

As the Indian institute of information technology, Manipur is an institute of national importance So in order to get admission a student has to clear the national level exam called (jee mains)joint entrance exam and participate in jossa and cab counseling

Course Curriculum Overview :

I am from the ECE VLSI department the faculty here are well qualified from it's and the lab here are well maintained talking about exams there are three assessment and then the end semester exam, the exam is easy if you study else you wouldn't get a good score

Internships Opportunities :

Most of the students do internship on LinkedIn Companies mostly visit in 3rd-year students who have done many projects and have an internship as well but no such data is available, internship won't be a that big issue as your seniors will guide you

Placement Experience :

Placement is increasing every year this year the average package was 9.9lakh per annum and the highest was 45.64 lakh per annum student also scored nice ranks in the gate exam and many of the students of IIIT Manipur are in it's doing their MTech so there is no issue of placement

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

As it is a IIIT working on ppp model there is no scholarship but there are many state as well as central scholarship given by government fees are high yearly fees goes up to 3 lakh RS placement this year was 100% highest package was 45.64 lakh per annum and average was 9.9 lakh per annum

Campus Life :

There are annual fest and tech fest as well the library is big enough to get all the books required classrooms are normal with smart board talking about sports IIIT Manipur has won many medals in inter IIT matches, IIT Guwahati conducts spirit competition every year where III Manipur participates and has won medals, there are many clubs like 1) coding club 2)AI/ML club 3) cyber security club *The coordinator of the cyber security club is the 3rd year student who has been rewarded by "Google " for finding a bug in Google his name is Include in the "Google hall of fame" which is a dream of even IIT students 4) swimming club 5) chess club 6) literature club 7) sports club 8)qurbat (shayari club) Social life is not so good but if you are the one who loves nature scenic beauty and mountains then this place is for you

Hostel Facilities :

IIIT Manipur has 4 hostels currently and 2 new hostels are being built, hostels are good enough to stay in each room has 4 students it might feel congested but you will get used to it there is no another pg near it and hostels are compulsory

Hostel Fee : INR 90000 per year
