Remarks :

I was given admission on a merit basis and had to fill out the form on the official site of DU but in college admission process was not too good, had to wait in lines the whole day, and nothing was managed properly. All other details are available on the official site which includes application fees and dates.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I wanted a specialisation in BCOM, so I chose this and the class strength was good enough to be focused on too. I really found faculty members helping there, the exams were conducted regularly along with the tests taken in class, and extra classes for doubts were also conducted on several days.

Class Size : 32Course Fees : INR 18000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fees are a little bit high in relation to other colleges at DU. Also, there were no good companies for internships or placement, so overall we didn't have good opportunities later on, which is really a negative point to consider. We're not getting any exposure for the same

Campus Life :

The fests conducted are really an off plus there was no good exposure. Societies were active though the ones who don't join doesn't get any good. Life there is not then considered a college life because of the crowd. The library was really good though and overall infrastructure was okayish.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My course is Bcom Honours, it's quite an interesting course where you focus on different areas but in most semesters you have accounts as a core subject. Faculty is kinda nice and good where you can talk with lectures about problems and inquiry Lecturers helps with problem if you face in college, though the admin office works very slowly and you often see students in the window of the admin office because there was a mistake

Commerce subject has always been my field of interest. My 1st preference was economic honors but the cut-offs were too high to get into a good college so I choose my 2nd preference B.Com honors which is great too. Also, I am planning to go for an MBA post-graduation so I thought it was a feasible option and subject.

The commerce and economics faculty of our college is quite known. the student-teacher ratio is appropriate and no issues have ever been seen. the teachers here are highly qualified. the exams were well timed and in curriculum and rigorous studies are required to score good marks.

The courses were well structured, with a combination of theoretical and practical classes allowing for a comprehensive understanding of the concepts. The faculty members were highly knowledgeable in their respective fields and provided an incredible learning experience. They were always available for support and guidance, and their feedback was timely and extremely helpful. I never felt overwhelmed or frustrated during my four years of college, and I owe that to the faculty’s dedication to teaching. Students are eligible for On-Cmapus Placements after the completion of their Under-graduation. But One can still work for Internships with their graduation. Last year 15 companies got into the college and around 21 students got placed. Companies like Deloitte, TCS, EY, etc. I am planning for a master after the degree.
