Remarks :
My admission process was through the Amrita entrance examination. The application openings will be posted on the Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham website. The state quota will be provided along with the reservation. Any UG aspirant who completed 12 with min mark can apply for this.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I'm passionate about Computer Science and Engineering since my school days. The faculty-student is at 1:30. Here many faculty are highly qualified and have some research papers published in their names. The quality of the teaching is good. For every semester there will be two mid-exams and one end-semester exam. It was moderate to pass.
Internships Opportunities :
Internships are offered by various companies, recently Accenture offers a 30000 stipend per month. Adobe also gave internship opportunities. Fractal analytics gave a stipend of 25000 per month and a full-time package of 32L for 3 years.
Placement Experience :
Our college offers placements and the percentage is also good above 95 %. It also helps students who want to go for higher studies. Many top companies will visit our college with decent packages. When it comes to me, I'm looking for higher education.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee structure is divided into four slabs. The first second third slabs offer scholarships to students from 1 lakh to 2 lakhs. The last slab 4th slab is general with 3.25L. More reservations were given to home-state people.
Campus Life :
Life on campus is good. The infrastructure and the environment where the college originated were way good. Mini fests will go on and the main fest is Anokha which is a tech cum cultural fest with dj night. And every classroom is provided with a projector and speakers. The lab was also well equipped.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel facilities were moderate. Till third year they offer 4 members room. In a fourth-year single-person room. And the common washrooms like 5 bathrooms for 7 to 8 rooms. When it comes to food it was not bad. One should have to adjust to it. The fee is around 1L per year.
