Remarks :

To be eligible, one must have to give JEE mains exam and get a good score. It's an application form, fees, and dates are updated on jee mains website. After getting a good result, one must do the josaa counseling as per the schedule given on the website. For reservation purposes, one must submit the related documents within the given period of time.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I got this branch in counseling and took it as per the scope of the branch. Faculty to students ratio is about 1:40. The facilities are very educated and some are very good at teaching. Midsems and endsems are conducted every semester.

Internships Opportunities :

Top companies like Goldmanham Sachs, Atlassian, E-shaw, Microsoft, and many top companies arrive at our college to hire students for both full-time and internships. Some prominent core companies such as LnT and Shobha Group also recruited from the college.

Placement Experience :

After 3rd year, one becomes eligible for placements. Around 89% of students got placed the previous year. The highest salary package offered is 38 LPA. The recruiting companies are Amazon, Bajaj auto, Big Basket, and Accenture. The highest salary package offered on campus is 67 LPA in CSE. Around 99% of placements are provided on campus for CSE students.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fees here are according to the category and based on your income certificate. Those who have an income of less than 1 lakh have 0 tuition fees. Those who have more than 5 lakh income, have around 62500 tuition fees per semester.

Campus Life :

Ragam is the cultural fest and Tathva is the technical fest conducted here every year. There is a big central library with most of the books available. There are many groups and clubs in college, which are based on the interest of people.

Hostel Facilities :

In first year, there are 4 people in a room, but you will get managed to it after sometime. Meal quality is just fine and food is eatable. Hostel process is done offload with some security fees. It is affordable.

Bit insights of NIT CALICUT

Placement Experience:

The number of companies visited in 2020-21 is 197. 95.45 % of people are placed in 2020-21 according to the official data. The highest package was something about 68 lacks per annum I guess from Sem 6 you are eligible for placements and all.

Internship: Introduction to placement

Placement Experience:

From semester 7, students are eligible to sit for on-campus placement. Very big MNCs visit our college and some of them are Google, Amazon, Meta, Oracle, Goldman Sachs, and many more... Every student who sat for placement is placed with an average salary of 20LPA in the Computer Science Department in the 2022 year. The placement percentage is 100 for CSE 193 companies visited and 1143 students got placed with an average salary of 12.58lakhs and 95.45 percent of students are placed in college. The highest package is 67.62 LPA.

My opinion about my college and university

Placement Experience:

From the 7th sem students got placed and get trained. Ust global, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, Indo shell mold, etc are some companies where students got placed. The highest package given by them is 30,000.more than 100 got placed. Now I am working at R M solution, Trivandrum after completing my degree.

An overview on SCTCE

Placement Experience:

I think from 5th or 6th-semester students are eligible to sit in campus placements many companies including Wipro that I like C are visiting our college and they are providing us with a large number of job opportunities also. The highest package was around 15 lakh per annum I guess. Almost all students from the computer science department are getting placed and quite a number of students from other departments are also getting placed in good companies. I felt it is more apt for me. The course curriculum is already set by the KTU for the courses provided by it. Our faculty are well trained and highly qualified.
