Proud of being YCCE'ian

Remarks :

You can get admission through MHT-CET. There is the different cutoffs for different branches and have to score well to get the desired branch. One can get detailed information about the admission, application form, and fees in the administrative building of YCCE or can also search for the same on the official website of YCCE.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I choose electrical engineering because of my interest in it. Most of the faculties here are highly educated and well-experienced. All the teachers are always ready to support students. Because of good teaching staff, it is not too difficult to pass the exams and of course, few efforts from students are also needed.

Internships Opportunities :

The college provides an internship to every student in the 8th semester at various companies. We have to go through one minor project and one major project during the 4 years of the degree. And also have to perform various projects given by subject teachers.

Placement Experience :

From the 7th sem students get eligible for campus placements. Various companies visit our campus. The highest package was 24,00000 /yr and the average package is 500000. Most of the students get placed and some plan for higher education.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

As my father is a government employee, I had to pay 1,64,845 Rs. Which is also the fee for the general category. For OBS it is nearly 98,000 in the first year. One can apply for the scholarship and it may be very beneficial.

Campus Life :

I think the campus of YCCE is one of the best among all the engineering colleges in Nagpur. YCCE'ians celebrate their annual fest (i.e. YASH) in March and tech-fest in August. Here students actively get involved in various departmental clubs, social clubs, and many more.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The professor is highly knowledgeable they are very supportive if we find any difficulty from any problem then they help a lot with it. Exams are in every month and final semester exams are there If we study hard then exams are not tough. Negative point is that sometimes faculty say anything bad so it gets irritated.

From the 7th semester onwards students are eligible for placements. Companies like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, TCS, and the core companies for every branch would come for placements every year. The highest package for the CS branch this year was 66 LPA CTC, and the average was 22 LPA. Approx. 97% percent of students got placed in a good company. I also want to get a high-paying job after my degree.

There are so many placements in college, Even if you missed a college placement you can still secure the same job, just their process is a little bit more complicated, but don't worry you can take the same opportunity. While campus placement involves companies reaching out to you.
