Remarks :

First, you have to appear in jee and score 70-80 percentile for lower branches if you want cse in general you score above 80 percentile. if you want to take admitted you have to apply for mpdte councelling and then the. College is allotted to you and you have to offline visit the college campus and get admission. this college have a proper dress code 75% attendance is mandatory.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The faculty is very good and their teaching method is also good. When I was in 1 st sem my college classes are starting in November 2022 and the 1st midterm exam started on 15 December the second midterm exam is at the start of February and our final exam is starting on 21 February.

Internships Opportunities :

I am a first-year student so I have no idea about the project and internships and companies college provides opportunities to all students you have to grab them. if all thing is good then you have no problem with your placement

Placement Experience :

I am in 1 st year so I have no idea about the placement.but from student I hear approx 415 students are placed in the last year on campus .and other student off campus . companies like TCS Mahindra Wipro are visited

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Scholarship - if you are sc -st student your tuition fee will be paid by the mp govt which is approx 70k and you have to pay only the additional bus fee only. For obc candidate, approx 30 k scholarship is given. I am a general-category student so there is no scholarship for the general student.

Campus Life :

Our college fest is ongoing start from 3rd April to 13 April 2023. Books are available in the library you have three library cards to avail of books. And there is another scholarship book scheme which is given by the college to all category student to students whose family income is less than 250k. the all-program fest is run by edc in our college.

A good college for btech

Placement Experience:

From the beginning of last semester, students become eligible for placements. Any company visited like Bridgestone, TCS, Infosys, etc. Packages 32 lakh and average packages 4 lakh per annum. Almost 65% of students are getting placement.

Our college placements record is quite excellent, but core companies are lesser placement records. From the 5th-6th semester, companies came for the placements and some companies provide internships and training for the selected students for that company. After the 4th semester companies visit the campus for offering the internship to teh students and after the 6th semester the companies visit for offering the placements to the students. Some of the companies offering highest placements in SGSITS are : 1) Google 2) Amazon 3) TATA 4) ACC 5) Goldman Sachs 6) Samsung 7) Accenture 8) Deloitte The highest package being offered is 32 l.p.a for core electrical branch and 8 l. p. a for software developer profile. About 99 percentage students get placed every year.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I want to become a successful software engineer. Faculty students ratio is not very sufficient we need some more experienced faculties. Some teachers are well qualified and experienced and are helpful to us but more than half teachers are freshers and have no experience of teaching and we struggle with them.
