One of the best in detail reviews of kjsit .

Remarks :

You need to be in the top 7 percent if you wish to take admitted to the computer engineering branch of this college however I availed the benefits of the Gujarati linguistic minority in this college due to which I was able to get in 3rd round at 90.50 percentile (Mht cet). The admission process was very smooth the teachers and the college staff was pretty helpful I don't feel that any changes are to be made in the admission process.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I always had a keen interest in computer programming since 9th grade so I pursued this field the faculty-student ratio is 1:20 the faculty over here are fairly qualified though not all are good teachers a few have very deep knowledge about the subject while some are just bookish. There are 2 term tests and an end-semester exam here, it's an autonomous college, and the exams are of the moderate level if you study regularly you can pass easily at least.

Internships Opportunities :

The internship data is not known as such but Vodafone tcs media.net are some good recruiters who hire from our campus and software developer, web developer, etc are the top roles offered to the students.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

I didn't available any kind of scholarship since I was not eligible according to the income criteria but there is a Shahu Maharaj scholarship for people whose family income are less than 8 lakhs per annum. ( 50 percent tuition fee is discounted).

Campus Life :

The cultural fest is a surge, we have all the course related books in our library to which we can refer and it's free. Not many special amenities as such. There are a few sports eg football cricket also there is the turf for box cricket there are a lot of clubs in our college and you will surely find a club which suits your interests.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The professor is highly knowledgeable they are very supportive if we find any difficulty from any problem then they help a lot with it. Exams are in every month and final semester exams are there If we study hard then exams are not tough. Negative point is that sometimes faculty say anything bad so it gets irritated.

Placement Experience:

There are so many placements in college, Even if you missed a college placement you can still secure the same job, just their process is a little bit more complicated, but don't worry you can take the same opportunity. While campus placement involves companies reaching out to you.

Placement Experience:

Campus placements start in the pre-final semester and are completed before the beginning of the final semester. Everyone is placed somewhere or the other, might or might not receive their dream offer or company, but generally, everyone is able to convert a decent firm's decent offer. BCG, Google, Microsoft, Bain, Mckinsey, Cohesity, Blackrock, Kearney, and Strategy& are a few of the companies that visit regularly. Highest package runs in crores (?4cr/year) for international locations - Hongkong or the US. The highest within India is also close to ?2.5cr, the average package is ~?25LPA. Greater than 95% of students get decent placements. I'll be exploring jobs after the degree, and might go for higher education as well sometime after experiencing a few years.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The best thing about this college is its teachers. they are helpful in academics. I choose computer engineering because it's going to run for a long time and also have an interest in languages so I prefer it. the student ratio would be around 60/40 boys /girls. there are smartboards present for teaching and also many labs where students can go and sit there is no restriction which is one of the good points. for exams, there are mid and end sem per year and in between them there are in total of 4 unit tests conducted.
