Masters in computer application is a course which helps to build a career in the software industry. it is a threee year course in this college .This college provide internships as well as a respective placement.The course offers various technical btech subjects as well as good command in data structures in algorithm and in web devlopment. To apply to htis course and want to take admission in this college one must have a background of computer science in graduation. like bsc in computer science and bca. A national level entrance exam is conducted by the NITs exam name NIMCET which happens every year in month of june or july.A month before exam the date for form filling comes in its website. The form is of around 2000 rupees.To take admission in MNNIT one must secure good AIR around 400 something .Yes it provide reservation to ews ,obc,sc ,st people. This college is best faculty is best and placement is also good as compare to other NITs.

Course Curriculum Overview :

If one wants a technical career and has not done BE or BTECH this course is best for them. This institute has senior faculties who really have great knowledge and who taught so well but they are quite strict as well. Total seats it has 115 around. The academics are quite tough and become hard to manage as well. The exams it conduct is mid sem and end sem the result is based on relative grading.

Internships Opportunities :

The internships are quite less for MCA aspirants but yes the placement is good. It offers one job for one criterion once you are selected for one company you are not allowed to sit in another sometimes the internship provides a preplacement offer also.

Placement Experience :

For placement reasons MNNIT is best for MCA aspirants the average placement is 11 lakh although when it comes to internships the opportunity is less for interns . But yes for placement one must have CPI above 7.00 and must have a good command of DSA. Every student gets placed.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

As this is NIT (tier 1.5) one who is not financially enough gets a loan easily. The fees are high it gets around 4-5 lakh for the whole duration i.e per semester the academic fees are 66000 and mess 20000 and the hostel 15000. Yes it provides various scholarship facilities

Campus Life :

The annual fest generally occurs in the month of April named CULRAV. Also, there happens a technical fest AVISHKAR and other inter NIT fests. It has a big library you can issue books according to your interest it has 1,22,670 books. whole classroom and library have proper AC fans and proper lighting along with smart classes.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The Course Curriculum is good and the facility is also good. I choose it because I see the future in the MCA course to become a software engineer. 1faculty over 60 students I think which is a suitable condition for the student.

At the end of the semester fourth and at the very beginning of the semester fifth students become eligible for campus placements. Many good companies including Deshaw, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, Microsoft, and Amazon come for campus recruitment. The highest placement of MCA in the year 2022 is 44.5 LPA, and the average package is 13.49 LPA, 84.04% got placed from the MCA batch.
