Cardiff University Application Deadlines

The application deadline for undergraduate programs is based on the UCAS deadline, which was on January 25, 2023. Students can still submit their applications till 30th June 2023, but these applications will only be considered at the discretion of the admission tutors.

Application deadlines for several graduate and doctoral programs are done on a rolling basis and based on the availability of seats. The application deadline for self-funded Ph.D. programs is on May 31, 2023. The application deadline for Medicinal programs at Cardiff University is on October 15, 2023.

Cardiff University Application Process

The application processes of Cardiff University for various academic levels are provided below:

All UG students must register themselves with UCAS and submit their applications and required documents on the UCAS portal. PG and Ph.D. students can submit their applications on the online university portal itself.
Documents that are not received by the university by UCAS can be uploaded again to the online application service of the university.
Upon paying the application fee and submitting the application, students must wait for an acknowledgment email sent by UCAS.

MBA in Cardiff University is offered by Cardiff Business School. Students can take up a normal MBA or an MBA with artificial intelligence. Conditional offer: An applicant will be sent a conditional offer if he/she has to meet certain conditions or requirements such as missing documents, English language requirements, etc., as specified in the offer letter. Because it was a Russel group uni and research is important/ what I want to do, it also specializes in semiconductors which I wanted to do and it was the best I got an offer for based on my predicted A-level grades.

It can feel like changes are hard to get put into places and with high student turn over, benefits change from year to year but overall I am happy with Cardiff university

It is a Russel group university and I am interested in semiconductors which it specializes in as there are a large group and a lot of funding going into this and it was far from where I was living which was a benefit for me.

I do love Cardiff and hence Cardiff uni is also enjoyable.

I love the city! It is quite near my home but far enough away that it feels away but still, I can be home if I need to! I also think the course is really good here for what I wanted to do (eg a year in the industry that counts towards a degree).
