  • The auditorium is very best and have capacity of 1000 students

  • I like the very good and studios environment of the college
  • Best alumini network is here with provide good support to college.
  • Best alumni network is here with provide good support to college.
  • It provides great exposure and one gets ample of time to study for GOVERNMENT EXAMS LIKE UPSC
  • The college has a size of 350 acres which is great.

Dislike

  • The course curriculum is mind-blowing, but some subjects, like workshops, practices, Indian Constitution for computer science students, and the boy to girl ratio of 4:1, are not useful.
  • Our college did not provide any internship opportunities to students, which is a really bad thing as it also means no stipend.
  • So, students from other branches also had the chance to sit in software companies, while civil and leather branches are the worst cases in HBTI.
  • The fee structure is neither good nor bad. Being an engineering institute, it takes relatively less fee than the new private institutions. However, being a government college requires it to have minimal fees, which it fails to provide.
  • Students who are interested in dancing, singing, playing any instrument, or anchoring get a chance in fests, teachers day celebrations, and freshers programs.
  • The hostels have horrible rooms, with bathrooms and washrooms that are far below the required number.
  • No, the only negative thing is the hostel mess facility. There are no good facilities for the hostel. So, I suggest that when you get admission in this college, you should not take a hostel room.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As engineering provides us with the environment to explore various fields and to learn evolve and grow. The course involves various different subjects every semester. The faculty members are highly educated as they are qualified from iit, nit and highly reputed universities and their way of teaching is fabulous. Exams CT and practicals are conducted at regular intervals of time to check the knowledge of students.

Remarks:

For taking admission to any reputed government institute we have to go through an entrance exam and after qualifying the certain cutoff according to the reservation criterion we sit for the counselling process and get the seat. The counselling process takes a complete month process the only improvement I want is to reduce the time span and also the various different counselling in place of them single counselling should be conducted. It will reduce the fee of registration and also the time.

Placement Experience:

On-campus placement opportunities are good. Approx. 80 to 90 percent of students are placed through Campus hiring in various famous companies. The highest package offered ranges up to 30LPA. Core companies like Reliance, Exxon, Mobil, and MSIL hire students from here.

Remarks:

Got admission through JEE mains. Based on Common General Rank. Had to apply for the college on the website of the college itself hbtu.ac.in. Then you are allotted with the branch according to rank. There are reservation benefits.

Students are allowed to sit in placement after the sixth semester. many companies visit our campus if you have a good GPA and participate in college events, or any other good skill you can easily crack the company. last time Highest package offered Is 43 lacs by Amazon.

Remarks:

I got admission on the basis of my JEE mains rank. if you get above the 80 percentile then there is a chance to get into the lower branch. But for CS, you have to score above the 96 percentile. CSE, IT, and ECE in the core are the best branch and in noncore chemical engineering, plastic, and paint technology provides decent placements.
