MIT Pune M.Tech Course

MIT WPU School of Engineering offers M.Tech program under 14 specializations. It is a two-year, full-time program spread across 6 trimesters. In addition to this, MIT WPU offers an M.Tech (by Research) across three specialisations. The course duration, selection criteria and fees are the same as that of the regular M.Tech course. The curriculum of M.Tech by Research is designed for professionals working in industry, academia and research organisations. The details on M.Tech specializations is as follows:

MIT Pune M.Tech Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for the MIT WPU M.Tech Course is as follows:

• B.E/B.Tech with a minimum of 50% marks and for backward class, candidate should just pass the qualifying bachelor degree.
• Sponsored Candidates must have a 2 years of work experience after graduation.

MIT Pune M.Tech Selection Criteria

• Candidates will be selected based on GATE/PERA CET/MIT WPU CET scores.
• For admission under sponsored category, candidate should have minimum two years of fulltime work experience in a registered firm/ company/ industry/ educational and/or research institute / any Government Department or Governement Autonomous Organization in the relevant field in which admission is sought.
• If candidates do not possess a valid GATE score and work experience then the university will conduct a written test and interview, for any vacant seats after the above admission process.

MIT Pune M.Tech Admission

The admission process for all the courses is the same. Follow the below-mentioned steps to know more:

• Visit the official website at www.mitwpu.edu.in.
• Click on 'Apply'.
• Fill in the basic details and choose the course of your choice.
• Select the preferred exam center and other remaining details.
• Fill in the educational details and proceed further.
• Upload your scanned images and signature as per the specified size.
• Pay an application fee of INR 1,500 vis online mode (debit card/credit card/net banking).
