The candidates aiming to apply for Ph.D. need to have a Master’s Degree in Law from a recognized university. The admission is done on the basis of an entrance exam followed by Personal Interview and subject-specific presentation.

All qualified candidates shall make a presentation before the Admission Committee on the proposed topic of research on the date notified by the Institute.

The candidates of exempted category will be shortlisted based on the Research Plan submitted by them along with the application form.
