Likes
- The B.tech program in civil engineering at Jamia is very good, especially when it comes to faculty members. We have 25 faculty members who are tutoring 350 students. All of the faculty members are postgraduates and have studied at renowned universities.
- I did a 6-month internship with my elder brother, and I learned a lot from him. It was a great experience.
- In Jamia, almost every course has good placement status. In the Bachelor course, almost 80% of students get placed in great jobs.
- The experience from JMI gave me confidence, as well as knowledge, to do great in life.
- About my experience in our course, the labs are good, and there are good facilities. All the tools related to the solar energy field are good in our lab.
- The quality of the food and the taste were as good as any food you would get in the best of hostels.
- The best thing is the faculty and the helpful behavior of the faculty members and seniors.
Dislike
- The placement at our college is very poor. We do not have any placements, and none of the companies visit our college for placement. Students try on their own to get placed. We do not have any committee or cell to arrange internships.
- The department provides scholarships, but I cant apply for them. They also provide scholarships for meritorious and poor students. The college offered a scholarship from the teachers association to the needy students.
- The staff of the Examination Controller is lazy, slow, and commits a lot of mistakes, causing many students to suffer.

Course Curriculum Overview:
I chose this course because I am interested in Mathematics faculties are normal and student-friendly. There are 45 students in my class. The teaching method of faculties is good, they always try to clear our doubts in the class all are NET JRF qualified Terms exams are on time and they are not too difficult to pass.
Remarks:
Eligibility you should have mathematics as a subject in your class 12th You can find the application form on its official website "jmicoe.in" Application forms are open for every course jamia provides between March and May. This year (2023) application forms were opened from 3rd March till 3rd April. for entrance exam dates, admit card and centre, download the Jamia prospectus for a recent year from its official website which I have mentioned above. There you can see your examination details and all. Application fees vary from year to year. This year the application fee for BSC(Hons) Mathematics was around 575Rs.
Placement Experience:
The placement of the college is good. Most companies come after the 6th sem exams, any student can give an interview. Name of the companies visited - Wipro, pie info com, iffco, infosys etc The average package is 2 lakhs to 3 lakhs per annum. The highest package was 70lakh per annum which was offered by an American company. Many students get placement, and some left the placement for pursuing higher education.

The admission process was simple. First, you have to give an entrance exam and after clearing the cut-off, you can get admission. Eligibility - min 45% in 10th class. The application form will come in feb-march and we can fill the application form easily through the official site jmi.ac.in
Placement Experience:
For my course, there are very low chances of placement but for btech mca mba there are several companies visiting here last year the highest was 26 lpa and the average is around 7 lpa. Also, around 90% got placed under byjus and some other tech companies in india or other countries.
Remarks:
Admission is done on the basis of the entrance exam for my course which is bsc hons mathematics. It consists of 100 marks with objective type questions of maths and some basic current affairs and cutt off is around 40-45 for general students. If you belong to Muslim category then you will get the benefits of reservation as well.
Placement Experience:
Placements are quite good at Jamia. Around 50-55 companies visit for campus placement including big names like Amazon, Microsoft, Infosys, etc. Around 70 percent of students get placed. The average package is around 8 lac and the highest goes up to 22 lac.
Remarks:
The eligibility for taking admission to JMI in the engineering branch is given jee mains and qualifying 12th grade with 60 percent. You can fill admission form at jmicoe.in and the form price is 650. Reservation is provided for Muslims, SC, ST, Kashmiri migrants, etc. There is also an alternate method to take admission through the 12th percentile.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I choose this course because I have interested in maths. Jamia's faculties are very experienced. For maths, Jamia has its name. Jamia gets A++ rank. With the help of faculties, the mid-semester exam is quite easy. If you study properly then you easily pass the exam.
Remarks:
For BSc maths honours in Jamia, you should pass 12th from any board but you have science subject in your 12th. Application forms out in March. The fee for the form is 600. For Muslims, there is a 50% reservation. Jamia has its entrance exam for BSc math honrs.
Course Curriculum Overview:
the course curriculum is up to data and it was designed by industry people from big corporates the faculty and student ratio is very good all the faculty are Ph.D. holders and help us with a research paper. The teachers here are really qualified.
Remarks:
The admission process at Jamia milia islamia is quite simple you just need to fill out a form for application which cost 500rs and with that, you have to submit you're jee mains score and you'll be called to the university for document verification.
Placement Experience:
The Placement of most of the professional courses is really good in terms of ROI. As being a central University, the fee Structure here is very low. In my department, Most of the students of M.COM get placed (100%) for an average of 7.5 LPA in the year 2022. Some famous companies which visited for placement are TCS, ICICI, HDFC, KPMG, Wipro, etc. The highest placement in the year 2022 was 14 LPA. In BBA and Bcom, most of the students opt for higher studies. I will opt for MBA.
Remarks:
Admission to every regular course here is completely based on the entrance exam. Usually, the application process starts from the last week of Feb.Cut-off for the general category for BBA is around 60 out of 100. Here, the General category means every Non-Muslim student and doesn't include SC, ST, or OBC from a Non-Muslim background. But, the Atmosphere here is completely secular. You can apply for admission from the website,i.e, www.jmi.ac.in. For this year(2023), Only a few courses are from cuet but there is a very high chance that in most of the courses, they will consider the score of cuet.
Placement Experience:
According to the JMI management NIRF report 2022, the placement rate recorded during jamia millia islamia MBA placement is 93%. the highest package offered during JMI Btech placements in 2022 stood at INR 25 LPA. Further, highest package offered during jamia millia islamia mtech and mca placements 2022 stood at INR 17 LPA and INR 15.39 LPA
Remarks:
This course is the best and the college has a beautiful infrastructure, good quality of education. Teachers are too friendly, very cooperative and supportive. The library is the best part of this college which is so huge and had a wide variety of collection of books
Course Curriculum Overview:
From an early age, I had an interest in physics and the belated science of quantum mechanics so I choose physics honors as my graduation subject. The faculty is to student ratio is not so bad but yeah we have 1:30 Most of the faculties have completed their Ph.D. and some are undergoing their teaching method is very practical theoretical both balanced term exams happen at fixed time after a term of 5 months and guess it's somewhat difficult to pass but if you complete all the notes day today and practice the questions related to it you can easily pass and achieve good marks
Remarks:
Eligibility for the course is a minimum of 60% in intermediate results and selection through Jamia entrance and CUET for some courses. You can fill out the application form through the official website of Jamia that is Jmicoe. in The university has reservations for Kashmiri migrants, women quota, SC, and ST. The admission process is fluent.
Placement Experience:
Students will be eligible on 5th semester for campus placement Many companies will visit there like Wipro, htc, tata, Genpack, etc. Almost 3000 offers from companies for all departments. 60 per cent of students will get placement. I planned to relocate to my place and got a job in the nearest city for spending some time in my place

Eligibility of course, you must have above 70percentage marks in the 12th class there is more competition in this field The application form will get from the website you can pay fees online or direct to the office after filling out the form There are more reservation benefits, especially for Kashmir students. There almost encourage girls to higher studies Do all procedures correctly during admission
