  • The campus is extremely beautiful and provides all the facilities we need replated to lab work, sports and hostels
  • I liked the campus, the view where the campus is located is just awesome.
  • They put in really great efforts to make us understand the concept.
  • Placement Opportunities : JUIT provides excellent placement support with top companies visiting the campus.
  • Campus life is good and lots of good places are there nearby.

Dislike

  • An examination structure that oversees three shifts, T1, T2, and T3, seems a bit too hard on the students in such a short time span.
  • There are only placements for the CSE branch and small or minor package placements for ECE and BI&BT. However, there is no placement for Civil branch students. Additionally, they advertise all branches placements, which is not true. They show fake records or manipulate them.
  • I am very poor, and I completed my BTech on a loan. I will spend the rest of my life paying back my loan and bid farewell.
  • It is the worst college we can attend in our entire lives.

Placement Experience:

If you are good enough then you could get a decent good offer. A lot of students are placed above the 10 lac bracket while the average package is 7.5 lac and the highest package is off 44lac. While approximately there is 90 percent of students placed.

Remarks:

The admission process is not that tough though as it's not one of the best colleges. Normally the Jee mains Cutoff for computer science is usually around 92 percentile . You could get application forms on juit website itself and is free of cost.

From the 6th semester, students become eligible for placement and mostly all familiar companies visited including Amazon. Off-campus highest package is 44 lakhs on amazon and in campus highest package is 39 lakhs.

Remarks:

Admission was through jee mains and 12th marks based you have to get minimum 75 percent for doing b.tech with computer science..you can find the application on just official website easily and application fee is 1000.

Placement Experience:

Being a civil engineering student placement opportunities are quite less compared to other branches. Yet JUIT provided students with ample amount of placement opportunities I myself got placed before the completion of my degree.

Remarks:

Admission is basically on the basis of JEE rank and also the 12th percentage. There's a cut-off for both provided on the college website. If you can make the cutoff then the admission process is quite easy you take admission from you're home and also you can go to the college for admission.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester. Companies like Adobe, Infosys, Wipro, Collegedunia, ZS Associates, and many more would visit the campus. The average package was somewhere around 4,00,000-5,00,000. Almost 70% of students except in Civil Engineering would get placed. After my degree, I started preparing for the UPSC.

Remarks:

Counselling based on JEE mains rank. Eligibility may vary from year to year based on the cutoff for that particular year. Application form-related details can be availed from the official website. The application process could be a little more dynamic and GD/PIs could be scheduled for better applications and filtering out undeserving applicants who tend to get in on the basis of academics alone.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose the course because of my interest and passion although I was eligible for computer science also as per my rank I found civil engineering best per my interests. Faculty, there was excellent and masters in their respective disciplines all were from iit's.

Remarks:

Jee exam rank was the criteria for admission. Counselling of students was held accordingly to enrol in their respective interested courses. The improvement which should be made is that for depositing every semester fee receipt we had to stand in long queues, the procedure took a day long. It should be made entirely online.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course of my interest. Faculty to student ratio was 1:5.Most of the faculties were Ph.D. holders. The teaching methods were very student-friendly. Exams were held every 2 months in a semester. The exams required very hard work.

Remarks:

The eligibility for the course was PCM background in class 12th with a minimum of 70%. There was an entrance exam. Forms for the same were available from January 20th. I did not avail myself of any reservation benefits. The admission process was very smooth.

Placement Experience:

Students can work on their programming skills and interpersonal dynamics from well in advance. Placement opportunities are given but if you want a decent package(above 20 LPA), you may need to apply off-campus.

Remarks:

I took admitted in Covid Year and we were given the option to enter on either JEE basis or the basis of boards. Application forms, fee structure, and related dates can be easily found on the university website.
