What students say about Alliance University

Likes

  • The course curriculum was well-defined, and it increased the anxiety level by making us think about the best way to be persuaded by Alliance University.
  • The university offers good internship opportunities depending on the specialization one has chosen.
  • Jobs and placements are very nice. The annual packages given for my course placement are good.
  • They will conduct a scholarship for the College to give me one chance for all exams, on the condition that I pass without any backlogs. Additionally, they will provide me with a scholarship to study for the students for the great.
  • The Alliance is also one of the best colleges in terms of academics and cross-cultural bonding.
  • The university does have its own restaurant-type structure where you can get the best food.
  • The best place for education. The faculty and facilities are the best. The environment is amazing. Once you visit the college, you cannot leave. It is so attractive. I like the infrastructure. The facilities and faculty are A+.

Dislike

  • The syllabus is not according to the current state of gate. It contains subjects which are very impractical in nature. Overall, the course structure is very bad.
  • The starting package was 3 lakhs, which was a very small package for a b.tech student. After investing 7-8 lakhs, the return was not 50% of it.
  • There are no scholarships as such, but the OBC students receive some discounts. Furthermore, if you are from the CET exam and take admission via CET, you will have to pay significantly less compared to other students.
  • College has the money to improve in extracurricular activities, but it just doesnt do so. It seems like they just dont want to improve, and hence they are lacking behind.
  • The hostel smells bad, the food is terrible, and the maintenance is extremely poor that I cannot even explain.
  • The only bad thing about the management is the recent issue that has arisen in the college due to the fight between the brother owners, which is not being resolved.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum was really good and was always kept and changed up to date as per industry requirements and the student's benefits. All the faculties here were well educated and are having a good research study on their own specializations.

Remarks:

applied for AMAT and after qualifying for the exam there will be an interview only which you will be selected after. Other exams like MAT and CAT are also accepted for admission to MBA. The admission process was very smooth and guidance is available at every crucial step.

Placement Experience:

You become eligible for placement in the 10th Semester. Multiple MNCs and law firms come to do the placement. The highest placement is around 10 Lakhs and the average is around 5 lakhs. 100% placement provided. I joined the consultancy which was offered through the college.

Remarks:

We can enter either through CLAT / LSAT / Alliance owner entrance test. I entered through the CLAT. That year the cutoff was 100 points. Thereafter, I gave GD and I was selected and took the admission there.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements right from 3rd year even before that we can intern with some companies. The average package is 10 lakhs per annum and offers almost 40% of the students get placed.

Remarks:

There was an entrance exam taken and also there was an interview scheduled for those who passed in the entrance exam. There are no reservations it is totally based on your 10th and 12th course. If you are interested in joining the college you can find the applications opened on the official website of Alliance University.

Internship and Placement cells were not very strong at that point in time, but it has evolved with time. our batch had an opportunity to appear in the interviews for Oracle and HDFC bank, but the subsequent batches have got placed in n number of corporates and firms.
