Dislike
- One more thing, the other worst thing is the EXAMS. There are almost 2 exams every month, like the school system: Fas and then STs. The students dont get free due to this.
- The MCA batch is provided with some internships, but for the BCA batch, it is even worse.
- There is a very poor placement in nursing, not only in our university but all over India.
- The price we are paying for the fees is not worth it, and the knowledge we are getting is not what we expected.
- The hostel facility is very bad with unnecessary rules and many fines. The location is also very bad, with very few PG or room options forcing one to choose the hostel.
- It is a very nice university, but we cannot leave the university before 4 pm, which is a downside. Even if we are ill, the guards stop us, and we have to apply for a gate pass, which takes hours to get approved.

Placement is good in my university from 6th sem onward a student is eligible for sitting in placement and the average package is 6-7 lakhs there is 100% placement and their salary depends on their interview

Course Curriculum Overview:
The course and faculty of my college are of exceptional quality. The college offers a wide range of courses in various disciplines, including science, arts, commerce, engineering, and management. Remarks:
The admission process for my college was based on the merit of board marks. This means that the admission committee evaluated applicants based on their academic performance in high school or equivalent exams. The higher the marks, the better the chances of getting admission. The admission process began with the release of the application form, which was available both online and offline. Applicants had to fill in their personal and academic details and submit them along with the required documents, such as mark sheets, birth certificates, and passport-sized photographs. Once the application was submitted, the admission committee verified the documents and evaluated the academic performance of the applicants based on their board marks. The cut-off marks for each program were announced, and those who met the cut-off were shortlisted for further rounds, such as interviews or group discussions. After the final evaluation, the list of selected candidates was out.
Placement Experience:
As I am now in the 6th semester till now no placements so what I think is they will start from the 7th semester. A lot of companies in fact 100+ companies visit. The highest package goes 32 lakhs and the average is 8 to 10 lakhs. As there is a lot of crowd in chitkara 70 percent of students get placed the number may vary I am just telling the approx. Well, my plans after my degree are firstly to brush up my skills and get promoted to a senior post and I want to be an entrepreneur.
Remarks:
As I took admission during the corona period so everything regarding the admission process was online I just took the form from the nearby bookshop and hence submitted it. So I didn't face any difficulty while registering although I received a mail as confirmation as soon I registered and moreover a document received at my home congratulating me to be a part of chitkara university.
Placement Experience:
From 6 sem students are eligible for placement. Companies like Infosys,TCS, IBM, HCL, Deloitte visit here, Highest package: 31 lakhs, Lowest Package: 3.1 lakhs, Average Package: 5 Lakhs, Percentage: around 75% are placed.
Remarks:
Eligibility: 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in 10+2. Application forms, fees, and dates can be found on chinkara university's official website. Reservation benefits: I am not from Punjab, so I don't know about the reservation benefits. But the university claims,85% of seats are reserved for state students.
Placement Experience:
The college is quite promising at providing placements. The average package is 6 to 8 lakhs and the lowest might start from 3 lakhs. Many prominent companies visit and recruit skilled students. The highest package to date has been 1.1 crores. In the third semester, the companies start to seek to recruit.
Remarks:
There are entrance exam criteria as of now. The admission criteria were based on board marks and jee percentile. For boards, 60 percent were mandatory and for jee, it was 60 percent. Admission can be done at chitkara school, Chandigarh, and the university itself. The application fee was 10,000 plus the fee for the first sem which is 82,000.
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course curriculum is up to point and faculty members (though not experienced) are good enough for understanding. I chose this course because I have a lot of interest in computer-related technologies and wanted to do something in it. Here for 80 students, there is 1 faculty for every subject. Teacher qualification is mostly up to bachelor's or Ph.D Exams are conducted every month and we used to study for a week to be passed.
Remarks:
I have given JEE entrance exam without any preparation in my 12th standard and as a result, didn't get into any supreme college. I was thinking of dropping the year and starting execution as well but after 3 months I found it out of the world. So I decided to take admitted to Chitkara University where my cousin studied. The admission process was smooth. But the option of Deccan University which they gave earlier is not available after admission, which is unfair. Otherwise, all was good.
Placement Experience:
Our college gives opportunities to students for placement. It starts for 3rd year but for the placement you should have no backlogs. The highest is around 30-40 lakhs and above and the average is around 7-8 lakhs. The minimum percentage required is 65-70%.
Remarks:
The admission process is simple u can apply online on Chitkara University's website or you can go to Chitkara University for admission. There is no reservation. Application form fees might be around 1000 or less. Application dates start from June to August. And there is no entrance examination and taken based on board marks.

I have chosen this course because it is my passion. Faculty: student ratio in the university is 1:25. It may not be accurate. Qualification of the faculty is well. They teach us with their capabilities

Eligibility of the course is 12th pass with science subjects. To find out the application form, application fees etc you can go to the official website of the university. I am not aware of the reservation. It is ok with the admission process
Placement Experience:
The placements are good. Various companies visit the campus like google. The average package goes from 5-6 lacs whereas the highest package goes from 40-45 lacs. College also provides huge opportunities for students induced startups. Good funding is provided to such students.
Remarks:
The admission process was based on the 12th board's result. Above 65% of all the students can get admission to the university. There was no entrance exam at that time. More than 2500 students got admission to CSE.

No there was no entrance exam. Only eligibility is a minimum of 65% in 12th Class Boards Exams. Application forms can be found on their official website. The admission process was smooth, also the college is very Strict in its Rules and regulations.

The eligibility for the course is 60% in 12th boards and JEE exam (jee is not a actual criteria since there so many seats in CSE). We can apply form from the college's official website and all the other information like fees and application dates are also available on the website. There is just one thing that should change they have asked us to pay our first fees/ admission in their chitkara international school in Chandigarh. They should change this to either pay online or pay on the campus itself because my some friends have paid it in this both ways. But the college didn't told students directly to the students.
