The minimum requirement to apply for a B.Tech degree is 60% marks in class 12th examination with Physics, Chemistry and Math as compulsory subjects. Students who are applying for lateral entry must fulfil either of the given below criteria:

  • Students should have a passed diploma examination with at least 50% marks in any specialization.
  • The student must have a passed B.Sc. degree with minimum 50% aggregate marks. The applicant must have passed 10+2 examinations with Mathematics as a compulsory subject.

Students migrating from other universities must fulfil either of the given below criteria:

  • Students must have a minimum 60% or a 6.0 CGPA in the first year of BE/B.Tech degree.
  • Student must have passed class 12th examination with 65% marks

Galgotias University B.Tech Admission Guidelines

Admission for B.Tech courses are done based on both marks based on merit-based examinations and the rank obtained in JEE mains examinations as well. GEEE Exam Pattern
