- The examination department of my college is superb because they organize exams in a timely manner and provide the results on time.
- Not from the college, but we have a separate committee that sits and decides, helping you get and experience the opportunity to intern with one of the best companies, enhancing your CVs and cover letters.
- The college has a dedicated placement cell where they help every student to identify and apply for jobs that suit their skill set the best.
- The college provides scholarships for students having a CGPA over 9 every semester. It also provides student loans. I have not availed any of the facilities, but according to my colleagues, these facilities are excellent.
- The college has excellent and well-equipped laboratories, as well as a dedicated staff of people managing them.
- Infrastructure is very good, the food quality is also very good, and we have laundry and WiFi. Additionally, we have spacious rooms and bus service four times. We are highly satisfied with the facilities provided by the hostel.
- The atmosphere is awesome, and the climate there is priceless. The location of our college is in the center of two mountains.
Dislike
- Placements are in the IT sector, and the subjects taught in the curriculum are of no use there.
- There are very few chances of placement specifically in my branch, as the current status of the Automotive Industry in India is very poor. This makes it very difficult for students to get placed, and the same goes for internships as well.
- There is no scholarship given by the College; the loan facility is only for education loans and nothing else.
- There are political parties in college, such as DAV College and other colleges, so there is no time wasted in elections and all those activities.
- Because the problem with the campus hostel is that you need to share a common washroom, which I think is not hygienic.
- Worst management I have ever seen, whether it is in the field of events or anything else.

Placement Experience:
From the seventh semester, we are eligible for Campus placements. Exxon Mobil, SLB, TCS and many companies with a decent amount. The Highest package is 33 lpa and the average package is 5 lpa. The percentage of students getting placement is 100%. My plans after getting the degree are to join the job and work for a few years.
Remarks:
We have to achieve at least 75% in the 10th standard examination and above 65% in the 12th standard examination. All the relevant details regarding the academic information can be found on the official website of the college.
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course is detailed and covers domains like finance, management, financial markets, economics and maths. Faculty is supporting and well learned. The faculty-to-student ratio would be around 1:7. The exams were held timely according to the year schedule and one really has to work to pass a particular exam.
Remarks:
For graduation, no entrance is required. Calls are based on the 12th percentage. Then personal interview takes place and admission is based on that. The form is available both online and offline. There is no reservation as such just fewer fees for domicile candidates.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I am having a keen interest in space and aircraft structure. The faculty here is really kind and supportive at each and every step of our journey in this course whether it's academic or co-curricular activities. The faculty here are either master's or Ph.D. holders from renowned colleges.
Remarks:
The admission process was really smooth and the eligibility for the entrance test was easy. The syllabus for the entrance exam was the basics we were taught in our intermediate. There was n number of reservations which most of my friends availed.
Placement Experience:
The students can sit in placements from 3rd year itself but mostly do in 4th year... The average packages of most branches are not that great and go for 5lack per annum to 8 lahks... However, CSE placements average from 12 lakhs per annum to 15 lakhs and can go up to 50 lakhs. 80 to 90 per cent of students get placed the rest are however removed at the beginning of the process. My plans for after the degree are undecided currently.
Remarks:
There was no entrance test... admission was given on basis of the 12th cbse percentage and jee mains percentile. I was given a girl's scholarship which reduces 20% fees per sem. There could be a better admission process.
Placement Experience:
The students become eligible for campus placements at the start of 4th year. The highest package of bpharma: is 80,000/month and the lowest package is 30,000/month. About 80% of students get placed. Some companies like dr ortho, Cipla, AIIMS Rishikesh etc.

My name is vedansh jain. The eligibility of this course is he/she may be 12th pass out from any school board and should clear the upes entrance exam. He/she may get the application form at the upes website.

In the 7th semester, students are eligible for the placements. Placements are also good in this course. About 80% of students get placed in bpharma courses. My plans after getting the course are to build a pharmacy shop.
Remarks:
The Bachelor of Pharmacy course is very good at this college. Eligibility of this course is u should be 12th pass out from any of the schools or CBSE board. Application fees are 1300. The application process is very much easy.

In the 7th semester, students are fully eligible for the placement criteria. Some companies like Dr ortho and Cipla come to this college for b pharma students. The percentage of students getting placed is about 70%.

This course is very good in UPES. Eligibility of this course is u should be 12th pass out. To find the application form u should go to the actual UPES website where you can get the form. No improvement.
Placement Experience:
Social internships are offered in the 2nd semester these are unpaid ones. Paid internships are offered in the 4th semester these are paid ones according to the potential of the student. Placements are done in the 5th and 6th semesters. The placement percentage is more than 90% and 30+ companies visit the campus for placement talking just about management courses. KPMG has partnered with the university so this makes a good opportunity for the students.
Remarks:
Any person residing in Uttarakhand with a domicile can avail discount on the fees. Also, there is an entrance test based on which you get scholarships for the 1st semester and which can be continued if you perform up to the mark. The admission process was quite easy and fast.
Placement Experience:
Students can apply for internship in 3rd year of college while placements, starts from the 7th semester of the course. College is supportive of placements and if the student is determined placement isn't hard.
Remarks:
I got admitted to UPES during a pandemic, so got selected on a merit basis. There is an entrance exam for the university also you can get admission through jee score, plus if you are in a locality of Dehradun, you get relaxation in fees.
Placement Experience:
The placements at our college are very much good compared to other colleges. Recently on Oct or Nov 5, students got placed in Microsoft with 50 lakh packages. The percentage of students getting placed is 80%
