Amity University application form can be filled out online or can be obtained from the respective university campuses on payment of INR 1500 as the application fee.
Amity University conducts Amity JEE to offer admission to the B.Tech course.
Candidates with a valid score in NATA/ JEE Main Paper II are eligible to apply for admission to the B.Arch course.
Apart from the university-based test for admission to MBA, candidates with a valid score in CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT/NMAT are also eligible to apply.
Admission to other UG and PG courses is offered directly on the basis of the Written Test as well as an English language test followed by GD or PI. Amity University Noida also accepts CUET for admission to its UG programs
A course-based written test/ creative test/ physical test is conducted wherever required.

Selection Criteria

Admission to all the courses is granted on the basis of a written test as well as an English essay test followed by GD/PI.
The medium of instruction is English, hence, English is a mandatory subject at the 10+2 level.
The aggregate percentage will be calculated on the basis of marks scored in English & three academic subjects (compulsorily including subjects of eligibility AND excluding Physical Education, Fine Arts, Performing Arts, or any Vocational/Non Written subjects).
These subjects will only be considered for respective/selected disciplines.
Admission to all B.Tech programs is based on Amity- Joint Entrance Examination.
Admission to B.Arch and B.Plan will be done on the basis of the candidate’s performance in NATA or JEE (Main Paper 2).
Candidates applying for B.Des. and BFA must appear for the Creative Test conducted by the university.

AMITY JEE Exam Pattern:

Duration of the test: 120 minutes
4 marks will be awarded for each correct answer.

CAT/MAT/GMAT/NMAT/XAT/CMAT qualified candidates can secure direct admission. Non-Sponsored Candiates must score at least 85 percentile in CAT/XAT and the Sponsored candidates must secure 75% to be considered eligible for Direct Admission. The university offers M.Phil, Ph.D. and Psy. D. programs in various disciplines. One of my friends who studied there mentioned Amity conducts admission via two processes. Both of the ways are easy whether it be online or offline. The admission process for PG and UG programs commences from January and March respectively. For filling the admission form online:- Visit the official website of Amity University and fill out the form giving out the necessary information. Pay the admission fees which is generally Rs.1300. It takes about 3-5 working days to get it confirmed and you will be provided with the receipt in the admission portal. After you pay the amount, you will be asked to submit important documents which include Aadhar Card, 10th Mark sheet, 12th Mark sheet, and passport size photo. After this, you will be allotted the timings for the test or interview for the final step of admission. For admission via offline method:- Visit the office situated in any of the campuses and pay the fees in cash or through a demand draft. They will give you the form. Fill it and submit it to them After this show your original documents and submit a copy of the documents After verification of the document, you will be allotted with the test timing or that of the interview From a close experience of a friend, it is suggested that do not include any third person for admission....Read more

First of all look for the eligibility of the course that is B.Sc in Physics at Amity University. Currently, any student with a minimum of 50% marks in the 10+2 system and a minimum of 50% in Physics is required to be eligible to apply for the course at the university. After that, there are various ways of getting selected into the program. The various selection procedures are explained below – General Procedure – There will be an admission test followed by group discussion and finally an interview. Of course, this is not applicable for every course and this differs slightly based on the specific course. Scholarship-cum-fast track admission – This is applicable for all courses at the university including B.Sc in Physics excluding some courses such as architecture, design, education, fine arts, law, and physical education. Direct admission – Anyone who has secured the following set of aggregate marks in the class 12th can apply for direct admission to the university along with receiving a scholarship in terms of academic fee. 93% and above – 100% scholarship to be received and applicable for all campuses. 90% and above for Noida campus and 88% and above for other campuses – 50% scholarship will be provided 80% and above for Jaipur, Kolkata, and Lucknow campuses, 75% and above for Mumbai and Greater Noida campuses, and 70% and above for Ranchi, Gwalior and Raipur campuses will receive 25% scholarship. However, keep in mind that scholarships are provided to a limited number of students and thus there are a limited number of seats under this scheme. You will be exempted from the selection process if you have secured an aggregate of 80% + in class XII boards. Every year, the selection for the undergraduate and postgraduate programs begins in January and ends in March. The application fee is charged at Rs. 1100 only. The following are the different ways in which one can apply for admission to the university: Online process : In this process, everything is done online. Apply online by filling up the application form, and then upload all the necessary documents online. Lastly, pay the application fee online. Offline process: You need to download the application form, fill it up and then submit it offline. Buy the Admission Pack: The last process is that you can also buy the Admission Pack from any of the Amity University campuses in the country that is, Greater Noida, Noida, Jaipur, Lucknow, Kolkata, Gwalior, Gurgaon (Manesar), Raipur, and Mumbai, or the Amity Information Centres. One of my seniors had been in your shoes a few years ago. This answer is based on his experience. He enrolled at this university in 2012, for Engineering (B.Tech), after his higher secondary. Having failed to secure a decent rank in AIEEE, he was left with no choice but to pursue engineering from a private institution. These reasons were sufficient enough to make him appear in the entrance test for Amity University. As is evident, Amity University conducts its entrance exam Amity JEE independently, for candidates seeking admission in its various graduate programs. After filling the enrollment form, he wrote the exam at its Lucknow Campus. He easily cracked the exam and was promoted to the interview round. Unfortunately, he could not get through the interview. His nervousness and anxiety took a toll on him in his first-ever interview. Moreover, he had poor conversational skills, which could be another possible reason for his failure. On analyzing the results, he realized that it was the basic English communication skills that were put to test, in the interview. Though he could not secure a seat in the B Tech. program at Amity, he enrolled for MTech in 2016 at Amity and easily sailed through the interview this time. Working upon his basic English conversational skills, during his undergrad days, fetched him success in his second attempt. On the basis of his experience, it will be advisable that you keep your communication skills on par with a good command of English. The process for applying for a transcript at Amity University Noida is quite simple. You can apply for your transcripts through your amizone account. If you have forgotten your amizone ID and password, drop a mail to Amizone , with your date of birth and enrollment number. They will retrieve it for you. Once you get your amizone account ID, log in and scroll down the home page. In the left side menu, you will find an option to apply for transcripts. Click on it and fill out the form. After submitting the form, make the required payment following the instructions. Amity changes INR 1,000 for issuing a transcript. It will be better if you get in touch with someone from your department like the secretary/assistant to your HOI. There are also many service providers who will send your transcripts to your home or any other address that you give. These services are quite convenient and hassle-free....Read more
