Aggregate percentage will be calculated on the basis of marks scored in English and three academic subjects (excluding Physical Education, Fine Arts, Performing Arts or any other Vocational /Non-Written subjects).Student should have passed all the subjects of class XII from a recognized board.

Selection Criteria

Admission to all the courses is granted on the basis of a written test as well as an English essay test followed by GD/PI.
Medium of instruction is English, hence, English is a mandatory subject at 10+2 level.
Aggregate percentage will be calculated on the basis of marks scored in English & three academic subjects (compulsorily including subjects of eligibility AND excluding Physical Education, Fine Arts, Performing Arts or any Vocational/Non Written subjects).
These subjects will only be considered for respective/selected disciplines.
Admission to all B.Tech programs is based on Amity- Joint Entrance Examination.
Admission to B.Arch, and B.Plan will be done on the basis of the candidate’s performance in NATA or JEE (Main Paper 2) or UPSEE.
Candidates applying for B.Des. and BFA must appear for the Creative Test conducted by the university.

AMITY JEE Exam Pattern:

Total no. of questions: 90
Duration of the test: 120 minutes
4 marks will be awarde for each correct answer.
1 mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer.
The test will comprise of 4 sections:
- General English: 15 questions
- Physics: 25 questions
- Chemistry: 25 questions
- Mathematics/Biology: 25 questions
