What students say about Amity University

Likes

  • Amity provides you with the best professors and facilities to enhance your progress. They also provide opportunities for students to work in practical fields.
  • The internship was done at DLF Capital Greens, Moti Nagar, and it was the best experience being a part of that group and site.
  • The placement scenario is very excellent. It is confirmed that if you have taken admission in this college, your placement is guaranteed because companies know Amity University is one of the reputed universities. Interviewers are aware of which students should be selected and which should not.
  • College provides scholarships to students who achieve the highest marks, which is a very good scheme given to them. It also encourages students to study.
  • Life at Amity is quite awesome as there is Sangathan held every year, which is the biggest event where all the ambitions reunite. Additionally, there is also youthfest.
  • I have never opted for a hostel, but the hostel facilities are still excellent and well established.
  • Eligibility for admission to Amity University is a minimum of 55% in 12th grade. The application form can be found on their official college website. Reservation benefits are available. Their admission process is already very good.

Dislike

  • The course curriculum is pathetic; it never taught what it should have for a student to gain something in the industry.
  • They are less beneficial when they have less to say about them.
  • The college is pathetic in terms of placements and internships, but it always depends on the quality of students and what they deserve.
  • The fee structure is a little absurd because I have never seen any colleges in this world that take fees before the semester starts. So, I am a little disappointed in the aspect of fee structure.
  • They usually conduct an annual get-together program for us and campus visit. As I am an online BCA student, they only provide the books of our semester. These books are automatically posted to our address by speed post. However, there are no extracurricular activities.
  • Mess food is really bad, and hostel facilities are up to the mark. They provide all basic facilities and necessary items for our comfort. Staying outside is expensive and unsafe.
  • Attendance is a must, and this is the one thing that is truly a negative remark. The teachers are not at all flexible with attendance, and marks are allocated to the students attendance.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is easy not so difficult but they give unnecessary courses. Like business language course, communication course. And you have got good marks to promote next semester. Some faculty are very good some are coming just for time to pass and to just take attendance.

Remarks:

Admission to Amity University is simple. You have to just give one easy English comprehension test. Followed by one interview with Amity faculty but while giving the interview they didn't listen to you. They just ask questions and get busy checking documents like your 12th mark sheet and 10th mark sheet. And on the same day, you will get results whether you get selected in Amity or not.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course is very easy at Amity university. You can study one night before the exam and pass your end semester very easily. The faculty and student ratio is also very good compared to other colleges. You can easily ask doubt from faculty here.

Remarks:

The admission process was very simple. It was not that much hectic as any other college. You can find the application form on the website of college. Or you can visit the college to get admission physically. I don't want to see any improvement in the admission process.

Placement Experience:

In pharmacy from the 7th semester, you're eligible for placements. Cipla and etc. are the company that offers, 7 Lakh/year is the average package. You'll definitely have to get a good CGPA throughout your studies.

Remarks:

Direct admission through the 12th percent, or sometimes there is GD/PI. You can directly apply on the amity university website and you have to wait till any confirmation is received from the university faculty.
