Course Curriculum Overview:

B.Tech in Marine engineering is 4 years. I choose Marine engineering as I was interested in the mechanical side of the marine field. We have a sufficient faculty to students ratio here. Faculties are well-qualified and experienced, a sailor who has done years of sailing share their first-hand experience along with their knowledge. Exams will be conducted in two parts in each sem: mid-term exams and end-term exams and it's fairly tough and needs good preparation to clear them.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In the 10th standard i saw a ship at the chennai port , as i went chennai for my work so i felt very intrested in that so i searched about the vessel so i get to know merchant navy is also,a carrer option for us and we can grow over here . In each division there are 30 students and for every subject we have seperate faculty ti teach us . All the faculty are well qualified and have the more than 10 years teaching experince and more than 20 years in the ship service. For passing the exams students needs to obtain 50 % in each and every subject.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course Curriculum is very well arranged in such a way that students would feel easier to find time to study well. Compared to Pune University-associated colleges, the curriculum is sorted in a way better way. The faculty guides in the first year are to be rated as average but after the second year, the faculty guides are very good and well-trained. We could always reach out to them. Teaching methods differ from one faculty to another but every faculty has good qualifications to handle the students. Exams are too regular which gets the students restless but they are quite easy if you have followed faculty advice.

The faculties are very friendly. They help and care for the students. In each class, there are around 60 students. Faculties are available any time, anywhere for the doubts of students. The teaching method is very good. They use appropriate PPTs, and presentations for teaching. Overall student-teacher interaction is good. There are two-term assessment exams and one final term exam each semester. The term assessment exam is based on 2 units. Also, there is a practical exam scheduled at the end of the semester.
