XIMB MBA (BM) Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree with minimum 55% marks in aggregate, from a recognized University in any stream.
- At least 3 years of experience in executive capacity in an organisation of repute in the public, private or non-governmental sector. Self-employed persons should have minimum 5 years of experience after obtaining qualifying degree;
- Minimum Age must be 23 years as on 01.07.2021
- No Objection or Sponsorship certificate from the employer for pursuing this course at XIMB.
- Final year degree students can also apply in MBA (BM) programmes.

XIMB MBA (BM) Selection Process
- Candidates short-listed on the basis of admission test (XAT, CAT, GMAT, or X-GMT) scores will be called for Group Discussion, Writing Ability Test and Personal Interview at Bangalore, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata or Mumbai.
- Candidates will have to meet their own travel/stay expenses for attending the interview session.
- The final selection will be based on the candidate's performance in XAT/CAT/GMAT/X GMT, GD, Writing Ability Test, & Personal Interview, and will take into account the past academic record and relevant work experience.

XIMB MBA (BM) Course Details
XIMB offers a flagship programme in MBA(BM). The duration of the course is 2 Year. The academic year consists of three terms, each of approximately three months’ duration.The first term extends from June to September, the second from September to December and the third from December to March.
- The full-time residential Program involves an average of 14 class sessions a week, each of 90 minutes’ duration.
- The Program consists of core course-credits and elective course-credits totaling 105 credits. A course can be of 1.5, 2,3 or 4 credits. One credit is equivalent to 10 contact hours.
- At the end of the first year (during the summer vacation), the students are required to spend a minimum of eight weeks in an organization doing a project.
- The students’ workload, including class sessions, required readings, term papers, project work and field visits, is expected to require about 70 hours of work per week.
