Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Management [Ex-PGDM] (Part Time) From XIM University, Bhubaneswar

XIM keeps the application process open for admission to Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Management through Virtual Interactive Learning (EPGDM-VIL). The deadline to apply for XIM EPGDM-VIL course is on March 15, 2022. 

It is a one-year academic program for the working executives & to pursue EPGDM-VIL from XIM, candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline from a recognized university along with at least 3 years of working experience in a managerial or administrative role. The application fee will be charged INR 1,000.

A letter of recommendation will be required for the selection process from the Supervisor (to whom the executive reports to) / HR Department / Colleague with 5+ years of experience and along with an MBA Degree or PGDM or Executive PGDM from reputed B-Schools in India or abroad will be requisite. Aspirants will be 

shortlisted for the virtual interview process & candidates who satisfy all the procedures will be called for the final selection process.

• XIM EPGDM-VIL is a one-year program offered for working executives.
• There are 4 terms in the whole curriculum & to pass the program students are required to have a total 48 numbers of credits. 
• The institute does not conduct any entrance exams for the admission process. 
• XIM charges a total of INR 3,54,000 to pursue the EPGDM-VIL program.
• All the subjects of the program are covered in a total of 480 hours.

XIM EPGDM-VIL Fees

• The total fee of the EPGDM-VIL is INR 3,54,000 charged by XIM & the program fee includes tuition fee, textbooks, cases, reading materials, and other miscellaneous expenses but for the Campus Connect program there will be a travel and accommodation cost which will be borne by the candidates.
• The program fee can be paid through 4 installments, the first installment charges INR 88,500 only after the receipt of the Admission Offer & the rest 3 installments can be paid only after the beginning of the academic term.

XIM EPGDM-VIL Eligibility Criteria

• A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 50% marks in aggregate is required to be eligible. 
• Students must have a minimum of 3 years of work experience in a managerial or administrative role. 
• Executives of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) will get preference from the authority. 

XIM EPGDM-VIL Selection Criteria

Aspirants are required to provide a letter of recommendation from the Supervisor (to whom the executive reports to) / HR Department / Colleague with 5+ years of experience and MBA Degree or PGDM or Ex-PGDM from well known B-Schools in India or abroad.

How to apply for XIM PGDM-VIL?

• Aspirants must go to visit epgdm.xim.edu.in page for the admission process. 
• There will be a link of ‘Apply Now’, click on that link which will take you to the Application Form: EPGDM-VIL 2022-23.
• Students are required to fill up the online application form by providing relevant academic details, detailed postal address of self & name, email Id, contact number, and Postal address of Recommending Manager. 
• While filling up the application form candidates must upload a scanned copy of the photograph and Signature as prescribed size.
• After successfully uploading all the requisite details students should pay the application fee of INR 1,000 click on ‘Pay Now’ which will connect with SBI CONNECT. 

XIM EPGDM-VIL Admission Process

The admission process of XIM EPGDM-VIL includes 5 stages which are depicted below: 

• Stage 1, Online Application & Letter of Recommendation: The online form should be filled up with the official email id, name, post & other contact details of Recommendation Manager. 
• Stage 2, Virtual Collaboration Challenge & Virtual Interview: Shortlisted students are required to appear for the Virtual Collaboration Challenge (VCC) & Virtual Interview. It will be done within a week of intimation for VCC. 
• Stage 3, Admission Offer & Confirmation: Successful candidates will be offered admission & within 3 days of admission offer students must accept the offer.
• Stage 4, Payment of Program Fees: Candidates should pay the 1st installment within 15 days of Admission Confirmation. 
• Stage 5, Commencement of Program: Program will start in June 2022.

• The program curriculum is a personalized learning experience that follows the multi-functional, strategic, and leadership inputs, required for the executives to work more efficiently.
