ABT Parcel Services is a reputable company, and ABT Cars Services is also a good organization.
The stipend varies based on performance during the interview process, and generally, it will be around $5000 to $25000 per month.
Placement is really good. MNC companies like Infosys, etc., visit our campus to hire students.
Fees hikes will be given to students who have high marks in their 12th standard in the form of a scholarship.
It is close to places such as Coimbatore, Ooty, Kodaikanal, Palani, Tirumurthi Hills, Annamalai falls, and many dams. The college has a very good gender ratio and has students coming from all parts of the country.
The hostel infrastructure is awesome as it can accommodate up to 1800 students, and the food is of good quality.
Management is excellent and focused on the welfare of the students. It also ensures the happiness of the faculty.

Dislike

Unfortunately, I didnt have any internship experience since my studies were only for 3 years.
When it comes to core companies, mechanical and automobile students struggle to get placed.
The fee structure of this college is as per government norms. They provide AVS scholarships for economically poor people and single parents. They also offer 20+ campus interviews and a stipend ranging from 8000 to 15000

Life at MCET

Placement Experience:

Our department has the highest percentage of placements 95%, and the average package is 6L we can go for placements from the 6th semester all the students can't attend the placements as the eligibility criteria is a minimum cgpa of 7.5 and minimal history of arrears

Remarks:

The eligibility to apply for Engineering in our College, Dr.Mahalinham College of Engineering and Technology is a minimum of 65% in the main subject (PCM, PCB(Physic, Chemistry, Maths, Biology) Another criterion is that the student should have the qualification marks in tnpc entrance examination Nite this is not applicable to other state students

Nice college

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have joined in bachelor of Engineering in the Mechanical engineering department. The course was vast and too knowledgeable to gain more experience in the course. there was more opportunity in the placement.

Remarks:

I have opted for engineering counseling in that my cut-off was low for getting good college By luck I got good college. Now we can see good improvement in the admission process, due to advancements in new technology.
