What students say about Jaya Prakash Narayan College of Engineering - [JPNCE]

Likes

  • The main thing is that teaching is awesome here because all the teachers have completed their M.Tech and PhD, so they can teach well.
  • It is very interesting to do an internship at Internshala, and the Swecha internship is also very good.
  • It was good that 20% of the students were placed, and some of my friends have been selected. Major companies like Wipro, Microsoft, Genpact, and so on. The average package was around 2,80,000 per annum.
  • I learned a lot from this college. The faculty is very good, and the infrastructure is awesome. Our college library is very famous and excellent. The canteen and bus transportation are also good. Every faculty member is experienced, well-behaved, and shares their good knowledge with students.
  • Virtually all college students reported that a core of extracurricular activities, including sports and performing arts, was awesome, and I always showed my best in them.
  • Hostel Facilities - Opting for the hostel provides a 9 out of 10 experience due to the excellent infrastructure and facilities.
  • The college has the best library in the district with hundreds of books in various fields and interests.

Dislike

  • I was focused until the 2nd year; later, there were no perfect faculty available, so we deviated.
  • Though there were few placements available for some small organizations, it is not a big deal if you wish to join solely for the purpose of placements.
  • 50% of his annual fees is provided by the state government to students who are poor as a scholarship.
  • Open WiFi, no proper internet service, a few faculty members try to dominate students as if they were slaves and give orders through undertakings. Additionally, there is a lack of textbooks in the library, and there are 23 academic rules that are not sensible.
  • Our timetable is fully packed with academics, labs, and even e-learning, and we dont have any time in our college timetable for extracurricular activities like sports.

Students become eligible for placements from the fifth semester. Companies like dxc technologies visit our campus. The average package in the college is four LPA. Almost forty per cent of students get placed.

Remarks:

I have written the ECET entrance exam which is conducted by the Telangana government. the rank should be below 5000 to gain admission to our college. eligibility for the course is a diploma or inter .all the details can be found in online.
