Candidates having domicile of Chhattisgarh State are called for counseling by Directorate of Technical Education, Govt. of Chhattisgarh and according to availability at the time of counseling seats are allotted.

• Candidates should have passed graduation from a recognised university.
• For admission under State Quota, a candidate is expected to have a B.E. or Equivalent degree in relevant subject with valid Gate score card. Thereafter, candidates having domicile of Chhattisgrah State are called for counseling by Directorate of Technical Education, Govt. of Chhattisgarh and according to availability at the time of counseling seats are allotted.
