Admission to the UG courses are based on TNEA counselling and admission to the PG courses is done on the basis of TANCET scores

The institute has a very active and efficient training and placement cell (TPC), headed by the Vice-Principal of the institute.   • Central Library: The college library has a large collection of books, periodicals, digital audio and video, e-books, and online courses available for the students and faculty. The library offers access to NPTEL, DELNET, British Council Library, and AIRC-American Information Resource Centre. 
  • Hostel & Mess: The college provides hostel and canteen facilities to its students. Separate hostels are available for girls and boys with a capacity of 4 students per room. Hostels have an uninterrupted power supply, water facility, and essential store facility. Additionally, Tv rooms, yoga halls, and gymnasium are also available inside the hostels.
