What students say about SNS College of Technology - [SNSCT]

Likes

  • The course curriculum is updated every year, and I believe it is beneficial for the students as it will help bridge the gap between education and industry.
  • College has a very good IIPC Cell that always tries to connect industry with our institute.
  • The placements of our college were very good with a wide variety of companies, including core companies, BPOs, service-based companies, and product-based companies.
  • No, I havent opted for an education loan, but I have heard about a scholarship offered by the college management to those who achieve the highest ranking in the semester exams.
  • The availability of books in the library is good, and the amenities in the classroom are satisfactory. The sports and extracurricular activities are conducted accordingly, and events are organized as well.
  • The hostel facility was very good. The institution has separate hostels for both boys and girls. It can accommodate about 1000 students and offers a well-furnished, safe, and secure environment. The food is always good and hygienic.
  • The college has a very good learning environment and facilities for excelling in research and placements.

Dislike

  • In the final year project, we have the option to work on a project in any small company and receive a stipend there.
  • Various scholarships were arranged for all poor students in the college and by the government.
  • The mess food is completely tasteless and bland, like water food. Several times, guys have gone on strike due to the poor quality of the mess food.
  • The only bad remark about our college is that the office room is too small.

Placement Experience:

from the 7th semester, we are eligible for campus placement. companies visited and offered the students. 12lpa was offered for a student from Buijus and another placement was made for 4lpa Hexaware. 50%of students will get placed in companies according to their talents. I went to vector institute and I got placed in hcl technologies.

Remarks:

By paying amount as per management rules by seeing the Marks and percentage we can ask for admission. Courses offered majority of engineering courses will be available. Reservation sheet if we paid money to management as per management rules they will decide if mark are high then no issues. Admission process based on marks.

Placement Experience:

in the third-year 6th semester they started placement training and a few placement drives. In our department, the cognizant company will hire 28 out of 60 students. average packages up to 10 LPA for our alumni as selected in Zoho with 10 lakhs per annum.

Remarks:

To complete 12th, I found an application direct to the college. Government quota through counseling. More to give awareness about the scholarship. teaching is better and also more knowledgeable teachers.

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements from the sixth semester. Several techs and core companies like Accenture, TCS, CTS, and tech Mahendra visit here for campus placements. The average package is 3 lakhs per annum and the highest package is 12 lakhs per annum. Around 80 percent of students get placements.

Remarks:

You must have scored at least 50 percent of marks in higher secondary to get a seat here. You can avail the first-graduate scholarship. You can apply through TNEA counselling or by management quota. I applied through tnea counselling.
