Started in the year 1925, St. Teresa’s College is a Christian Minority educational institution located in Ernakulam district of Kerala. The college has been accorded autonomous status by UGC and has affiliation to Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam. The college offers a plethora courses at UG and PG level including M.Phil degree in three subjects.

Admissions seekers applying for UG courses must apply immediately after the announcement of Kerala +2 results. The allotment of admissions is strictly on merit of class 12 examinations.
In case of UG courses like - B.A. Bharatanatyam & B.Sc. Apparel and Fashion Designing candidates are short listed based on their performance in Aptitude Test conducted by the college.

St. Teresa College also offers a plethora of degree and PGD courses at PG level. The duration of degree courses is two years and PG Diploma courses have one year duration. The selection of candidates is done on marks/ grades obtained in UG up to the fifth semester and the marks obtained in the entrance test. Apply for PG Courses

St. Teresa’s College, Ernakulam M.Phil Admissions 2023

At research level, the college grants M.Phil degree in three specialisations. A total of 10 seats are offered in each specialisation. Candidates are selected based on their performance in entrance exam conducted separately for each course followed by personal interview.

The minimum academic requirement is Masters Degree in appropriate discipline from a recognized university with minimum 55% marks.

The application to UG and PG courses can be made in online mode while M.Phil aspirants can apply in offline mode only. Applicants must follow the given directives while making an application:

Online Mode

The online admission portal for UG and PG courses will be made available after official notification of admission.
Candidates must register by filling up the application and providing mandatory fields.
Submit the application form by remitting the application fee of Rs. 200/- for general candidates and Rs.100/- for SC/ST candidates via challan at any bank or online payment gateway. Challan forms are made available for download on admission portal.
Two print out copies of the application (one copy signed by the applicant) along with the copy of the Challan and mark sheet of qualifying examination/ five semesters of Class 12/UG programme respectively must be submitted in the college.
The other copy of application and above mentioned documents must be produced at the time of admission.
Candidates seeking admission under Sports/Cultural/Physically Disabled Quota must produce copies of relevant certificates.
Management Quota applicants must apply directly to the college after submitting the application form within the given dates.

Offline Mode
The application form for M.Phil course is made available for download on the college website. Candidates can remit the application fee of Rs. 500/- for general candidates and Rs. 200/- for SC/ST candidates through challan at any branch of South Indian Bank.

The duly filled in application form along with the copy of the challan should be sent/submitted to the college office.

Admission:

Eligibility for bcom self-finance is 12th pass. They make a merit list based on which u will get a call. You need to first fill out the application form from their official website. There are few reservations and even through donations some of my friends got in.
